Both the CMLL World Women’s Title and the CML World Women’s Tag Team Titles were left vacant when Stephanie Vaquer signed with WWE. The tag titles were just introduced in September and only one tram has held them.
The CMLL World Women’s Title has already been won by Willow Nightingale, but the tag titles which were held by Vaquer and Zeuxis still need a new home. Will Zeuxis get the title back with a new partner in Persephone.
A tournament has taken place and Zeuxis & Persephone will be taking on Tessa Blanchard & Lluvia. The finals will be held at the Martes de Arena Mexico event on August 6.
