The countdown to this year’s WrestleMania is in full swing. WrestleMania 41 takes place on the weekend of April 19 and 20. 52 (really 55) matches in the history of WrestleMania include women. Diva Dirt will countdown two matches daily to rank all 52 leading up to this year’s event.

Now onto 30 & 29!
NOTE: It is getting extremely hard to pick the rest of this list and rank them as there really isn’t any “bad matches” left. Just throwing that out there!
30. WrestleMania 37
Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler (c) def. Tamina & Natalya – Women’s Tag Team Titles
WWE had the opportunity to give Tamina (in particular) and Natalya a WrestleMania moment, and they chose not to. The crowd was deeply invested in Tamina & Natalya winning the tag titles here. They would go on to win the titles the following month anyway.
29. WrestleMania 36
Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross def. The Kabuki Warriors (c) – Women’s Tag Team Titles
The worst thing about this match is I think it is forgettable unfortunately. Alex & Nikki had already won the titles before, so it wasn’t a first time feel. It was the first match aired on a WrestleMania with no fans, which did make it awkward at first until everyone got used it it (or didn’t).
Outside of that, the match itself was fun. Makes me miss crazy Nikki!
Check back in with us here at Diva Dirt tomorrow for numbers 28 and 27 as the countdown continues!
