Ranking #15 – Jamie Hayter
Last Week – N/A
This week saw the AEW Women’s Champion spending her time chasing off Saraya and Toni Storm repeatedly. She and her own tag partner, Britt Baker, have made it their mission to stop Saraya and Storm from branding any other members of the locker room.
Hayter makes it on the Power 15 for stepping up as we would expect any champion to do and challenge not only Saraya but also Ruby Soho to come after her title at Revolution.
Ranking #14 – Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn
Last Week – N/A
With the recent implosion of Toxic Attraction, the NXT tag division needed a new heel team to start making some noise. Enter Fyre and Dawn.
The rivals now turned allies have been toying with Tatum Paxley, preying on her position or lack thereof within Diamond Mine, something often discussed amongst the fans.
It seems to be working as this week Paxley was reluctant to join Nile at ringside and was also taken out, albeit inadvertently, by Nile which let Fyre capitalise and get the victory.
Ranking #13 – Carmella
Last Week – 9
Since making her return, Carmella has stayed booked and busy. From competing on RAW and Elimination Chamber to giving us a master class in commentary on Smackdown, she’s doing it all.
This week, ‘Mella vowed to silence her nay-sayers by challenging Asuka to a match for this coming RAW.
Carmella also opened up recently to share more about her absence in the ring and shedding some light on a life threatening pregnancy that affects 1 in 50 pregnancies. She and her husband Corey Graves shared some personal details about a challenging time and encouraging important conversations around such topics.
Ranking #12 – Masha Slamovich
Last Week – 13
Slamovich finally got what she’s been waiting on this week when she faced Mickie James at No Surrender for the Knockouts Championship.
Proving why she should never be taken lightly, Slamovich brought the fight to James in a hard-hitting match that forced James to resort to some interesting tactics to pull out the win.
As has been par for the course for Slamovich she was unable to win the title but only after being caught off guard.
Ranking #11 – The Hex
Last Week – Wildcard
It was a mixed bag for The Hex this week as Allysin Kay would pick up the victory on Impact and gain momentum heading to No Surrender.
The good times would stop there however as The Hex would fall foul to The Death Dollz and be unsuccessful in their attempt at claiming the Knockouts Tag Team titles.
Impact is in need of more competitors so while The Hex have confirmed they are still free agents, here’s hoping they still have aspirations for gold and stick around.
