Decay sends final message to The IInspiration heading into Turning Point

Decay wants the Knockouts World Tag Titles back.

At Bound for Glory, The IInspiration made their highly anticipated IMPACT Wrestling debut and in the process became the new Knockouts World Tag Team Champions. They defeated Decay who was just short of 100-days as champion.

Cassie Lee & Jessie McKay had their first match in the IMPACT! Zone since winning the championships against the Undead Bridesmaids in a non-title fight. The champs hit a double-team powerbomb to get the victory.

After the match, the lights went out and Decay appeared. All four members surrounded the champs showing that Rosemary and Havok were in the heads of the champs and sent a message just days before their rematch at Turning Point.

Also at Turning Point, the Knockouts World Title will be on the line as Mickie James defends against Mercedes Martinez. Both women had backstage promos hyping up their encounter. Martinez says there is one reason why she came to the Knockouts division and that is to dominate. She had already taken out three Knockouts in her first night at Knockouts Knockdown to win this number one contender spot. She vows that come Saturday she will be taking out the legend Hardcore Country to become the new Knockouts World Champion.

James responded in a promo of her own saying that Martinez better be ready for an original ass-whopping. She found out last week that there is no such thing as friends regardless of how long the two have known each other.

Former Knockouts World Champion Deonna Purrazzo made her first appearance since losing the title to Mickie James at Bound for Glory. She had a sit-down interview with Gia Miller that didn’t go very well in Gia’s favor.

With The Virtuosa not answering the questions in the way that Miller would have liked, the former champ says she doesn’t owe anyone anything. Everyone will just have to wait to find out what her next move will be.

Added to this Saturday’s Turning Point pre-show will be Jordynne Grace defending her IMPACT Digital Media Championship against Chelsea Green. Green won a number one contender match against Alisha, Jake Something, and Matthew Rehwoldt to earn this title shot.

Diva Dirt will provide the results of Tuning Point over the weekend.
