17. Lash Legend 27yo NXT
Lash Legend, real name Anriel Howard, has come a long way since her debut in WWE. She was the only female in her WWE Performance Center class, and other than Wes Lee, she is the only one left with the company. Howard signed with the company in late 2020 and made her in-ring debut a year later. Howard’s athletic background was never in question. As a former collegiate and WNBA player for basketball, the endurance and speed was always there. What was questioned early on in Legend’s wrestling career was if all her athleticism could transfer into the ring. After just a few years, the answer is yes.
Legend is presented with star power and started standing out as a member of Meta-Four in 2023. More specifically branching off as the Meta-Girls, Legend and Jakara Jackson have become the most popular tag team, perhaps in all of WWE. The duo have been searching out for gold for quite some time now, but they haven’t been able to win the big one, but their time is coming. Legend has also put her power towards singles gold as she was involved in the inaugural NXT Women’s North American Title Ladder Match but was unable to capture the gold first.
As a tag team, the Meta-Girls have made multiple appearances on the main roster without having had a call up just yet. They have gone for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships a total of four times which includes a match on SmackDown and their debut on a WWE PLE, Crown Jewel.
Legend and Jackson have also crossed the line over into TNA and they have their eyes set on the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Titles. Those belts are currently held by Ash & Heather Elegance.
Whether she was on her talk show ‘Lashing out with Lash Legend’ or she is dominating int he ring, Legend is on an upward trajectory which only shows that she has so many more years to come!
