Divas Comment on Being in Paris During Terrorist Attacks

Renee Young, Brie and Nikki Bella have shared their experiences being in close proximity to the terrorists attacks that left at least 129 dead and over 350 wounded in Paris on Friday.

Renee revealed that she had been in Paris at the time, and was lucky enough to get a flight out of the city today:

Brie and Nikki were also in the city, taking their grandmother on a surprise birthday trip. Both have posted photos from the night prior, reflecting on the tragedy:

Last night I was enjoying the beautiful history and art in Paris at The Louvre. It saddens me how quickly something so beautiful can turn ugly. It breaks my heart in a million pieces to the victims of the terror attacks. You can feel the sadness here, but also the unity of the world. I was reminded so quickly how far world peace is…. but standing in the City of Love I know in the end love will prevail. ????

Brie, Nikki, their mother Kathy Colace and their grandmother have since left Paris, according to an update from Kathy’s fiance, John Laurinaitis:

The WWE wrapped its European tour today, its two crews performing shows in Stuttgart, Germany and Minehead, England. They’re now headed for Greenville, South Carolina, the site of Monday’s Raw.
