This morning, WWE broke the heartbreaking news that less than 24 hours after The Ultimate Warrior‘s historic return to Monday Night Raw, he has sadly passed away at the age of 54.
His cause of death is currently unknown, but TMZ is speculating that it was heart related.
Divas past and present have taken to social media to remember the 2014 Hall of Fame inductee’s legacy. Fellow 2014 Hall of Famer Lita posted a particularly poignant set of messages regarding the news. She tweeted:

WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon was one of the first to pay tribute. She stated:
