Becky Lynch will participate in two contract signings next Monday on Raw for the upcoming women’s championship matches. WWE made the announcement earlier today via Twitter and the company’s website.
Becky Lynch will pull double duty in a week at Money in the Bank, defending her Raw and SmackDown Women’s Championships against Lacey Evans and Charlotte Flair, respectively. The Man will join both of her challengers for a dual contract signing on Monday.
Because the segment is taking place on Raw, I will be interesting to see how else the Wild Card Rule affects the women’s division. WWE also teased someone else could should up on either show. Which is sort of a good thing because the new concept didn’t influence the women’s segments at all this week.
Hopefully, this means the company plans to do more the female superstars next week. WWE could conceivably build a program centered around the Women’s Tag Team Championship. As of now, the champions haven’t been on television and they’re not scheduled to defend the titles at Money in the Bank.
