Ember Moon is another talent, much like Bayley, who hasn’t reached her full potential on the main roster. As a former NXT Women’s Champion, she is no stranger to gold.
This month marks one year since she has made her main roster debut. In that year, there has been very little direction with her character. Moon is a new edition to the SmackDown roster, like Mickie James and Bayley due to the Superstar Shake-Up.
WWE has spent little time in placing Moon in any serious rivalries. She often participated in random six-woman tag team matches when the babyface team needs a third member. Perhaps a guaranteed title opportunity along with a heel turn would help her gimmick.
She participated in last year’s Money in the Bank ladder match, and much like Naomi added non-stop excitement to the match. This year we could witness not only Moon winning but perhaps an Eclipse off a ladder?
