4. Katey Harvey
Katey Harvey is known in Ireland as the Queen of Irish Wrestling. Outside Ireland, she’s the Queen of Wrestling. Period. She’s an incredible in-ring talent and one of the hardest-working people on the European indie scene. Her year-long reign as the inaugural German Wrestling Federation (GWF) Women’s Champion began with a phenomenal tournament final match against Jazzy Gabert. She’s held her own in the ring against a who’s who of women’s wrestling: Candice LeRae, Mia Yim, Kay Lee Ray, Nikki Cross, Toni Storm, the list goes on.
Harvey apparently hasn’t made it onto WWE’s radar yet, but their loss could be AEW’s gain. She would bring years of experience and athletic credibility to the division as it seeks to establish itself as a serious destination for women’s wrestling. AEW could do a lot worse than Katey Harvey, and little better.
