Tonight at Bound for Glory, Gail Kim took her rightful place in the TNA Hall of Fame.
Making surprise appearances to the ceremony were former TNA Knockouts Christy Hemme (who thanked Gail for fighting hard to build the Knockouts division) and (a pregnant) Taryn Terrell who credited Gail for giving her a chance to be part and have a career in wrestling and for being both role model and friend.
Longtime rival Awesome Kong also made a surprise appearance and said there were not enough adjectives to describe the woman and opponent Gail Kim is.

TNA Chairman Dixie Carter was brought out to introduce Gail as she ran down all of Gail’s championship accomplishments and played a video of Gail’s best moments in TNA with warm feel comments from TNA President Billy Corgan, Madison Rayne, Christy Hemme, Josh Matthews, Jade and Al Snow.
As the Impact Zone chanted “Thank you Gail” and “You deserve it chants!” Gail Kim began her acceptance speech, joking that she knows she isn’t the best “speaker”, pulling out a piece of paper in case she forgets her words.
Gail says that after sixteen years in the business, this moment means everything to her. There were high and lows but she would never had changed a thing, as she is beliver that everything happens for a reason. Gail says that through wrestling she was able to get by some insecurities including creativity, strength fearlessness, independence and most importance passion.
She thanked her fans, trainers, agents, producers, the Knockouts locker room, past and present and former WWE Superstars Trish Stratus, Jazz, Victoria and giving a special shout out to Molly Holly; stating that Molly is the reason why she was in this business and taught her to be a good person inside and outside the ring, advising the success will follow.
