According to a report from PWInsider (via 411mania), Impact Wrestling has shown some interest in third-generation wrestling star Tessa Blanchard, who participated in WWE’s inaugural Mae Young Classic. Kairi Sane defeated Blanchard in the first-round match of the Mae Young Classic tournament.
If she’s acquired, Blanchard would appear at the post-Bound for Glory tapings in Ottawa, Canada at the earliest. She is the daughter of WWE Hall of Famer Tully Blanchard and stepdaughter of Magnum TA, originally trained by George South.
Impact Wrestling have also recently signed independent stars Hania The Howling Huntress and Kiera Hogan to their Knockouts Division.
