The hottest couple in wrestling Indi Hartwell and Dexter Lumis have taken their relationship to the next level on this week’s NXT.
The star-crossed lovers have fought hard for their love over the past couple of months. Her guardians, Johnny Gargano and Candice LaRae have attempted to break them up multiple times, but as the old adage goes – love always wins.
On the go-home edition of NXT before TakeOver 36 InDex as they have become known, went up against Robert Stone and Jessi Kamea in tag team action. After the victory, Hartwell got to one knee to propose to Lumis.
The crowd chanted “yes” as he removed his gloves to allow the ring to be placed on his finger. The happy couple sealed the deal with a kiss and celebration.
Also on the show Raquel Gonzalez and Dakota Kai hyped up their NXT Women’s Championship match with a passionate promo.
The champ told Kai that she has decimated all who stood in her way, and there is no way her former partner stands a chance. Kai retorted to state that she made Gonzalez a somebody and at TakeOver 36 she will be the somebody she beats to become NXT women’s champion.
Next up B-Fab was involved in a huge parking lot brawl between Hit Row and Legado Del Fantasma. Could we be seeing a female member of the Lucha faction soon?
NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions revealed that they are not friends, but will do whatever it takes to defend the championships.
Finally, a mysterious vignette played with the newcomer Jacy Jayne declaring “we’ve” been caged for far too long and “we” will break free. Who is this ominous “we”? Consider my interest piqued.
