The winners of the AEW Women’s Tag Team Tournament, Ivelisse and Diamante will be in tag team action on tonight’s AEW Dark.
The badass duo will take on the team of Skyler Moore and Kenzie Paige. Diamante and Ivelisse most recently teamed to face Thunder Rosa and Hikaru Shida on the Sep, 23 episode of Dynamite. That match resulted in the NWA and the AEW Women’s World Champions emerging victorious.
Since then, Ivelisse revealed that she has signed with the company although there has been no official word from All Elite Wrestling as of yet.
Also on the card Brandi Rhodes takes on AEW Dark stalwart KiLynn King.
Brandi has been on a decent run as of late picking up wins against Red Velvet and Kenzie Paige in recent weeks.
The matches will be nothing more glorified squash matches because that’s all AEW Dark provides. But regardless of the obvious outcome, hopefully the matches will be entertaining and worth tuning in for.
