Jakara Jackson made her WWE debut at an NXT Live Event on Friday night. She teamed up with Lash Legend in a losing effort to challenge the newly crowned NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Kayden Carter & Katana Chance. This took place at the NXT Largo show in Florida.
Jackson, real name Jamara Garrett, joined WWE after being signed from the Las Vegas tryouts in 2021. Others in her class were Nikkita Lyons, Tatum Paxley, Maxxine Dupir (Sofia Cromwell), and Brooklyn Barlow. Two other women were part of that group, Jaylen Williams (Raelyn Divine) and Kellie Morga (Mila Malani) but were released in April before they made their debuts.
Jackson has appeared in segments throughout NXT 2.0 but hasn’t had any speaking roles or stepped in the ring until now. She was most recently seen in segments with Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams.
Other results from this house show were –
- Nikkita Lyons defeated Kiana James
- Roxanne Perez defeated Tiffany Stratton
