AEW presented a “Championship Fight Night” edition of Dynamite on February 8.
In a change of pace, AEW Women’s Champion Jamie Hayter vs. The Bunny in an Eliminator match took place at 8:20 p.m. ET as the second bout on the card. Hayter received a warm welcome from the El Paso crowd, but it was The Bunny who took control in the first half of their encounter. After commercials, Hayter turned the tide quickly and connected with Hayterade for the victory.
Immediately after, Renee Paquette spoke to Saraya and Toni Storm backstage. Saraya reiterated that they’re not here to make friends and then attacked Leva Bates. Saraya spray-painted “L” on both sides of her before leaving.
This Friday’s Rampage will feature Ruby Soho going one-on-one with Marina Shafir for the first time ever.
