The International Women’s Cup is approaching on Jan. 5 as it will take place at the NJPW x AEW Wrestle Dynasty event. It will be a Four Way Match to include one woman from AEW, ROH, STARDOM, and CMLL.
AEW will have its representative decided at Collision: Winter is Coming. Willow Nightingale is set to face Jamie Hayter. Nightingale earned this shot against Hayter after defeating Serena Deeb on this Saturday’s Collision.
In addition, on this week’s Collision, Mina Shirakawa stood victorious over Emi Sakura. This was a big win for Shirakawa as she faces Mariah May for the AEW Women’s World Championship this Wednesday, Dec. 11, on Dynamite: Winter is Coming
Former AEW Women’s World Champion Thunder Rosa had a message for both May and Shirakawa. She states the last time she was in the ring with each one of them she beat them. She wants next.
