On last week’s episode of IMPACT, a Knockouts Championship match was booked for the upcoming Hardcore Justice IMPACT Plus event. This match is a Title vs. Career match which will see the champion Deonna Purrazzo challenging wrestling veteran Jazz.
In the promo video, Jazz is looking into a mirror and has the following to say, hopefully Deonna is listening:
“I’ve been doing some soul searching lately. Some know me as Jazz, the most dominant female wrestler of all time. But I’m a wife, I’m a mother – you know this business has been great to me. A lot of accomplishments. I’m the first-ever WWE Women’s Champion. I’m the last WWF Women’s Champion. I am the longest reigning NWA Women’s World Champion. With all of that being said, I am facing something that I have never faced before, and that’s doubt.
Tommy Dreamer approached me with an opportunity and I’ve been knowing Tommy Dreamer since day one. He approached me with this opportunity for Hardcore Justice facing Deonna. I can’t let the fans down. I can’t let my family down. I can’t even let Dreamer down. And most importantly, I can’t let myself down.
Deonna – come Hardcore Justice you’re gonna see why I am the most dominating female in this business. You’re gonna see why I’m known as the female fighting phenom. You’re gonna know why I’m known as the baddest bitch. Because when I put my career on the line come Hardcore Justice you too will look in the mirror and see doubt.”

Jazz has spoken about openly on having one final tour before she retires from the business. She originally stated she was going to do it last year when the pandemic hit. Since then she started with IMPACT as Jordynne Grace‘s partner in the Knockouts Tag Team Tournament that concluded earlier this year. Since then she has been on IMPACT programming weekly.
Will she be doing her final tour as Knockouts Champion or will this be the last we see Jazz in IMPACT Wrestling?
Also at Hardcore Justice will be a multi-Knockouts Weapon match to determine the next number one contender for the Knockouts Title. Listed in this match are Alisha, Susan, Tenille Dashwood, Havok, Rosemary, and Jordynne Grace.
As a reminder IMPACT is moving back to Thursday nights starting this week on April 8. On BTI Jazz will be taking on Susan. And on the main show, a Six-Knockouts tag team match is set between Nevaeh, Alisha, and Tenille Dashwood vs. Havok, Jordynne Grace, and Rosemary.
Hardcore Justice will take place this Saturday on April 10 on IMPACT Plus.
