The meteoric rise to the top has reached its summit.
Jessicka Havok, widely buzzed about as one of the top female prospects in North America, ended Mercedes Martinez‘s three year reign as WSU World Champion tonight at the WSU 5th Anniversary Show live on Internet pay per view.
Havok, voted Independent Star of the Year in the Diva Dirt Writers’ Choice Awards last year, has been on quite the streak over the past 18 months in WSU, notching up victory after victory, as well as assembling perhaps the most kickass stable in all of women’s wrestling, the Midwest Militia with Allysin Kay and Sassy Stephie.
The Militia now hold all of the gold in WSU. Havok won both the Spirit and World Championships in a ‘Title vs Title’ match, meanwhile, Allysin Kay and Sassy Stephie won the Tag Team Championships after defeating Luscious Latasha and Jana for the belts mere moments after the latter won the titles.
WSU commissioner Amy Lee announced early in the evening that the winners of the previously announced Kay & Stephie vs Alicia & Brittney Savage match would become the top contenders for the Tag Titles. The pair cashed in their title match against Jana & Latasha after they won the titles from Lexxus later in the show.
Congratulations J-Hav and the Midwest Militia!
