Former WWE Superstar, Kairi Sane is to start a new gig as a talk show host in Japan. On Dec 5, Sane will launch her own online talk show, Kaizoku. The title of the show is very apt as kiazoku translates to pirate, meaning the Pirate Princess lives on.
WWE Japan made the announcement, which was then confirmed and translated by Sane on Twitter.
Kairi Sane left WWE as an in-ring competitor and returned to Japan in July. Sane is now an Ambassador for WWE in her home country and continues to do promotional work for the company. Most recently, Sane provided Japanese commentary for Hell in a Cell and now she is adding talk show host to her list of commitments.
Sane remains a highly-popular figure from her time with WWE. The Pirate Princess won many titles as well as the hearts of the WWE Universe with her fun and energetic performances. During her run on NXT, RAW and SmackDown, Sane captured the NXT Women’s Championship, WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship, and won the first-ever Mae Young Classic Tournament.
Diva Dirt would like to congratulate Kairi Sane on her new role and show, Kaizoku.
