Kay Lee Ray is reported to be stateside and training at the WWE Performance Centre in Orlando.
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Kay Lee Ray was spotted at the PC. The report states that they don’t know if she is there on NXT UK business but they can confirm her attendance.
The Scary Queen of Scots hasn’t been seen on NXT UK since losing the women’s championship to Meiko Satomura. The Final Boss defeated Ray in an incredible match in June ending her record-breaking title run in the process.
Ray held the NXT UK Women’s Championship for a whopping 649 days making her the longest-reigning women’s champion in WWE’s modern era.
During her absence from competition, she got married to her long-time fiance and fellow ICW alumni Stevie Biy Xavier.
While there is no word where she will be headed all three brands would benefit from her presence. Ray has the confidence and swagger of a champion even without a belt and her take-no-prisoners style is a threat to every women’s champion on the roster.
American viewers should be no stranger to Kay Lee Ray. In 2019 she played a vital part in the first-ever women’s WarGames match.
