For the past eight years, WWE fans have grown accustomed to the presence of Kayla Braxton as a backstage interviewer. Now, eight years later, she is bidding adieu.
She posted this message to her Instagram on Saturday morning, announcing that next week’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown will be her last.
Braxton, real name Kayla Becker, first joined WWE in 2016 as a ring announcer and backstage interviewer for the NXT brand. Over time, her role would expand to the main roster, eventually becoming a full-fledged member of the SmackDown brand by 2019. That same year, she became one of the original hosts of WWE’s YouTube show The Bump, appearing on the show regularly until last year.
We at Diva Dirt wish Kayla the absolute best in her post-WWE journey!
