Knockouts World Title Match Set For IMPACT Slammiversary

This week’s IMPACT featured two Knockouts matches and some big pay-per-view updates.

Trinity was in action once again when she battled “The Cannibal” Savannah Evans fresh off her win over Gisele Shaw at Under Siege. Evans showcased her dominance early on, but Trinity continued to outsmart her as the bout progressed. Once Starstruck was applied, Evans had no choice but to tap out.

After the match, Trinity called out Deonna Purrazzo. To cut to the chase, Trinity challenged Deonna to a Knockouts title match at Slammiversary. Deonna accepted right before Evans, Shaw, and Jai Vidal attacked them. Jordynne Grace tried making the save but was ultimately out-powered. Shaw hit her with a few running knee strikes to send a message.

Dani Luna made her IMPACT in-ring debut against Jody Threat. This wasn’t a typical Threat squash match that we’ve come to be familiar with. Rather, Luna was able to showcase her style that matched Threat’s intensity. Despite the nearfalls over Threat, Luna was ultimately pinned to end their battle.

Looking ahead to next week, The Death Dollz will challenge The Coven for the Knockouts World Tag Team Championship after they won a non-title match at Under Siege.

Then the next night at Against All Odds, Trinity and Purrazzo will team up to take on Shaw and Evans. It was previously confirmed that Killer Kelly and Masha Slamovich will meet in the first Knockouts Dog Collar match.
