Update: Kylie’s opponent for her return has been announced for June 5 and it will be Holidead. Another match has been announced as well and for the first time Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo will be facing Ray Lyn.
It was reported in March that Kylie Rae would be returning to the ring for Warrior Wrestling to defend her title for the promotion. Her opponent for that event was then announced as Thunder Rosa. Rosa who has been working all over as of late will still be facing Rae but only if she is still the champion come August.
This will be Rae’s first match since October and a return to the ring after stating that she was no longer going to be wrestling. She did say at that time that she would fulfill any outstanding obligations once the time was right.
As for Rae, she will be returning still on June 5 to defend her title to an opponent yet to be named. According to the official announcement her opponent will be named later today. If Rae is still champion after this event, then she will face Rosa on August 21.
The reason for the change is due to Rosa’s obligation with NWA to where she is needed for their tapings during the June 5 Warrior Wrestling event. Warrior Wrestling worked with NWA to make sure that Rosa will be able to be at their event in August.
