Lacey Evans to take on Asuka for the RAW Women’s Title at Elimination Chamber

It was announced on tonight’s Monday Night RAW that Lacey Evans will be challenging Asuka for the RAW Women’s Championship at the upcoming Elimination Chamber event. The event is approaching quickly as it will be held on Feb. 21.

Evans received this opportunity after winning a match against Charlotte Flair via disqualification earlier in the night. She remarked that she heard that if she could take out Flair in a one-on-one match then she would be able to face Asuka next. Flair couldn’t keep her temper in check during the match and the referee had to call for the bell when she wouldn’t let up her attack on Evans in the corner.

After it was announced that Evans would face Asuka at the Elimination Chamber event, Bianca Belair was being interviewed backstage. She has yet to make her decision on who she will be facing at WrestleMania from her Royal Rumble win. She mentions Sasha Banks, Asuka, and perhaps even Lacey Evans if she becomes champion.

Asuka then appears and congratulates Belair on her big win. She then says that Belair isn’t ready for Asuka to which Belair says that The Empress may be seeing more of her on RAW if she retains her title at Elimination Chamber.

What do you make of Lacey Evans facing Asuka at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view? What do you have to say about Belair putting Asuka on notice? Leave your thoughts below!!
