In an exclusive announcement by Pro Wrestling Sheet’s Ryan Satin, Lana has signed a new multi-year deal with WWE. Sources have confirmed that it will be a five-year deal and it has officially been signed this week. The contract details are said to include time away if needed for her to pursue projects outside of WWE.
Along with Lana re-signing comes with the concern on if her husband, Rusev, has also signed a new deal. At this time it is being reported that he has not re-signed as of yet but he is still in talks relating to a new contract.
Lana spent a portion of the year away from being on-screen until she returned at the end of September. Since then she has been in a kayfabe storyline revolving around divorcing Rusev as she has left him for Bobby Lashley.
