Lana has sustained an injury that has put her in-ring debut on hold.
According to WWE.com, Lana suffered a Colles’ fracture to her wrist while working out in the ring prior to yesterday’s live event.
WWE.com spoke to senior ringside physician, Dr. Scott Amann, who explained the injury and revealed that she will likely have to undergo surgery, which will put her out of active competition for four months:
“During a training session [Sunday] afternoon, Lana had sustained an injury in the ring. We attended to her and noticed that she had a deformity of her wrist. We obtained X-rays which showed a Colles’ fracture and [we put her] in a splint. Most of these Colles’ fractures do better surgically than non-surgically, especially in younger patients. Most likely this will require an operation, which will take her out of active competition for approximately four months.”
Lana addressed the injury in two tweets today, writing:

She had been expected to make her in-ring debut in the near future, perhaps as soon as Night of Champions on September 20th.
Diva Dirt wishes Lana the best of luck in her recovery.
