Lucha Underground is returning for a second season.
The promotion, which wrapped up its first season last month, announced the news in a tweet:

Lucha Underground’s fate had been up in the air for some time, the concern being that the El Rey Network wouldn’t be able to continue funding the program.
The second season’s premiere date is not yet confirmed, though a press release has revealed that production will resume later this year.
