LuFisto took to Instagram today to call out Saraya Knight for choosing fame over responsibility, after it was announced Knight wouldn’t make her title match due to a “schedule conflict”.
Knight was scheduled to defend her Blackcraft Women’s Championship against Shotzi Blackheart for Blackcraft Wrestling’s The Ritual, set for Feb. 23 in Mississauga. Knight will miss the match to attend the UK release of “Fighting With My Family”, an upcoming film produced by The Rock chronicling her daughter Paige‘s journey to WWE.
LuFisto wasn’t pleased with the news that Knight was skipping out on her title defense, accusing her of choosing “stardom over the commitment that comes with being a champion”. LuFisto asked Blackcraft Wrestling to put her in a title match with Blackheart to show everyone what a “proud fighting champion looks like”. Then asked for a match with Knight.
Blackcraft Wrestling hasn’t made a decision yet on who Blackheart will face, or if the title will remain with Knight.
