Kylie Rae took the indie scene by storm last weekend when she became the second-ever Warrior Wrestling Women’s Champion. She defeated the inaugural champion, Tessa Blanchard. Rae will be now be defending her newly won title against Madison Rayne. This match will take place on Sept. 26 as part of its Stadium Series.
Rayne has addressed this in a post on Twitter stating that she has been waiting for a match against Rae. She has previously mentioned retiring from the independent scene and states that this match would be the perfect one to go out with. Especially if she becomes the Warrior Wrestling Women’s Champion.
Rayne’s last match was at Slammiversary in a Gauntlet Match for the number one contender for the Knockouts Title. A match that ironically Rae won.
Warrior Wrestling has another event before this one that will be taking place this Saturday on Sept. 19. This event will have the following women on the card:
Dani Mo in a Six-person Scramble Match
An intergender tag team match with Tay Conti & Luchasaurus vs. Ray Lyn & Chris Bey
And a one-on-one match between IMPACT’s own Jordynne Grace vs. Kimber Lee.
For those that are not local for Warrior Wrestling events, you can purchase them from FiteTV.
