Mandy Rose Reaches 365 Days As NXT Women’s Champion

Today marks 365-days since Mandy Rose has been NXT Women’s Championship.

Rose returned to NXT in July 2021 in a shocking appearance as she stood on stage scouting new talent. She first took a look at Gigi Dolin during her match with Sarray and then watched Jacy Jayne as she battled Franky Monet. Rose was watching both Dolin and Jayne and the trio would then go on to form Toxic Attraction which has dominated the NXT women’s division for over a year now.

During Toxic Attractions’ power in NXT, Dolin and Jayne would go on to become two-time NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions and Rose would dethrone Raquel Gonzalez (Rodriguez) at last year’s Halloween Havoc. This would mark the first championship Rose would win in her WWE career. Rose retained at this year’s Halloween Havoc against Alba Fyre just last weekend.

Rose has successfully defended her title a total of nine times and she has faced the following – Cora Jade, Raquel Gonzalez, Kay Lee Ray (and as Alba Fyre), Roxanne Perez, Io Shirai, Dakota Kai, Wendy Choo, Zoey Stark, Blair Davenport, and Meiko Satomura. Defeating Davenport and Satomura unified the NXT Women’s Title with the NXT UK Women’s Title.

On next week’s NXT on Nov. 1, Rose will be celebrating her one-year as champ alongside her Toxic Attraction stablemates.
