WWE Superstar Maria Kanellis has been training at the WWE Performance Center for an in-ring comeback.
In midst of her training, Kanellis revealed on Instagram that she has suffered a broken wrist and will be in a cast for six weeks. Despite the small setback, Kanellis still has her sight on making a comeback for WWE’s upcoming Evolution PPV event on October, writing the following:
I broke my wrist training in the ring to come back… 6 weeks in a cast. Do the math… still, have time before Evolution.
Kanellis made her return to the WWE alongside her husband Mike Bennett at last year’s Money in the Bank PPV. The pair were drafted to SmackDown and were set on a mission to spread their message on the “Power of Love”. Those plans, however, came to a halt when the couple announced they were expecting their first child, a baby girl name Fredrica Moon Bennett they welcomed in April.
