Meiko Satomura and Blair Davenport went round two with the NXT UK Women’s Championship on the line on this week’s episode in the main event. This time the prize would have to be fought for in a Japanese Street Fight.
During the match, Davenport executed a stomp onto the back of Satomura as she was laid out on the apron. When Davenport hit the floor she didn’t land right and caused an injury to her ankle. Satomura would go on to win and retain as a result of the referee calling for the bell. Davenport had to be stretchered out.
Davenport updated her status after the show was over. She took to social media with a picture of herself on crutches. She would also tweet out that she will be back before you know it.
Also on this week’s episode, Isla Dawn defeated Myla Grace after a kick to the face to get the pin.
