On this week’s NWA Powerrr, Melina responded to the prior attack and words she received from NWA World Women’s Champion Kamille. We also have new number one contenders for the NWA World Women’s Tag Team Champions. The Hex became the new tag team champions which reinstated that gold at EmPowerr.
In a stipulation between two singles matches, if either Jennacide or Paola Blaze won their respective matches they would earn a tag title opportunity. Blaze was unable to defeat Marti Belle on a previous episode of Powerrr, but Jennacide was victorious in her match against Allysin Kay this week. They will now be facing The Hex, most likely at the promotion’s next pay-per-view event.
Kay perhaps had the match won after delivering a powerbomb to Jennacide in the corner. As the official was going for the count, Lady Frost came running out who was a distraction. Jennacide rolled up one-half of the champions with a grasp on the tights to get the win and earn the title shot. Belle came out after the match to help her partner while Taryn Terrell came out to gloat about Jennacide winning.
Melina spoke up this week about how Kamille’s actions towards her lately. She feels a champion needs to carry themselves a certain way and one has to make the title mean something. Kamille doesn’t seem to like what Melina has had to say and the veteran feels as though it is because it is the truth. She then concludes that Kamille is not immortal or invincible and one of these days somebody is going to have to take her out.
Melina was interrupted by the ‘Hot Mess’ Chelsea Green who was carrying her trophy from her win at EmPowerrr. Green asks Melina what has she ever done for this business. She says she defeated nine other girls to win the Invitational Cup and says she doesn’t think that Melina has ever done that. Green says she should be champion before she starts yelling at the crowd to end the segment.
