The ROH Women’s World Champion Mercedes Martinez is back from her injury and she will be on the upcoming episode of AEW Dark Elevation. She faces JC.
Martinez has not been in action since July when she successfully defended the ROH Women’s World Title against Serena Deeb at ROH Death Before Dishonor. Tony Khan confirmed afterward that she was out of action due to an undisclosed injury. He confirmed today that she was cleared on Wednesday.
Martinez has held the ROH gold since defeating Deonna Purrazzo in May.
