AEW All In for 2024 is now over and a lot took place for the women.
First, Mercedes Moné is still the TBS Champion as she defeated Dr. Britt Baker in what many would consider a messy boots type of match. The blame reportedly going to Baker. Moné did arrive in a carriage however with her adorable corgis by her side.
In a fun moment of the match, Kamille was ejected from ringside making it a true one-on-one. Baker made the referee think that Kamille hit her with the NJPW STRONG Women’s Title belt and pulling a vintage Eddie Guerrero this had Kamille thrown out.
We do have a new AEW Women’s World Champion as Mariah May defeated Toni Storm. More on that can be read here. In the post media scrum, May stated that Storm’s career is dead.
“Toni Storm’s career is dead. Today, August 25, 2024 at 6:48 pm, Toni Storm’s career passed away in the middle of Wembley Stadium in a pile of blood, spit, and embarrassment. She died of natural causes, because I am naturally better than her in every way. She is survived by her bumbling, bored butler [Luther], Ben Mankiewicz, and anyone who cares about old movies because they cannot deal with their own pathetic realities. There will be no funeral service. A donation can be made in her name at ShopAEW.com/MariahMay. Toni, thanks for everything, you stupid, washed-up twat. May you rest in peace and rot in hell,” May said. (Fightful)
Jamie Hayter made her return at All In on the preshow where she answered an open challenge made by Saraya. More on that can be read here.
During the post-event media scrum, Saraya with her entire family didn’t hold back and in a profanity explosion of words said the following:
“I am so sick of it here. I’m sick of being treated like crap out there, I’m sick of being treated like crap right here. I am sick of it. How dare Jamie come down there and get in my face? Does she know who she’s messing with? Trying to embarrass me, in front of my family? This is a message to Jamie. You ever do that again, I’m gonna beat your fucking ass. Don’t hear me? I’m the fucking star of the show. I’m Saraya, bitch, and this is my fucking house,” Saraya said. (Fightful)
Hayter said she is going to let her actions do all of the talking for her.
On the pre show, Willow Nightingale and Tomohiro Ishii defeated Kris Statlander and Stokely Hathaway. This means when Nightingale puts her CMLL Women’s Title on the line against Statlander for All Out, Nightingale will pick the stipulation.
After her win, Nightingale was taken out by Statlander backstage.
Lastly, Brie Garcia made an appearance at the end of the show as she celebrated her husband, Bryan Danielson’s, championship win with their children.
