Welcome to another exciting episode of NXT! The women’s division shined yet again on the December 18th edition. Let’s dive into the chaos!
The night began with Karmen confiding in Dion Lennox about her tag match mishap. Dion offered advice, encouraging her to apologize to Adonis. Things seemed friendly until Ashante walked in on them hugging and spiraled into jealous snark, accusing Karmen of being too friendly. Declaring his intention to text Nikkita Lyons, Ashante stormed off while Dion decided books were the better company.
Sol Ruca & Zaria vs. Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson
The night’s first match featured Sol Ruca and Zaria taking on Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson. Jakara wasted no time, dropkicking Sol and controlling the pace early on. Sol flipped the script with an impressive spin plant and crossbody, but Lash’s raw power kept her team in the fight.
Zaria’s powerhouse style balanced Sol’s agility, leading to standout moments like Sol’s rana on Lash and a wild press slam from Zaria that sent Jakara flying onto Lash outside the ring. After the break, Lash and Jakara regained control, with Jakara delivering a sharp cartwheel elbow and a straitjacket hold to wear down Sol.
Zaria tagged in, spearing Jakara and trading suplexes with Lash. Sol re-entered with a springboard splash, but chaos broke out. A pump kick from Lash took out Sol, while Jakara dove onto Zaria outside. Lash capitalized and sealed the win for her team.
Winners: Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson
Jaida Parker vs. Wren Sinclair
Jaida started strong, cornering Wren with aggressive strikes and hitting the Tear Drop early on. A Falcon Arrow followed, but Wren refused to stay down.
Wren fired back with chops and a double underhook suplex, sending Jaida to the outside. The action spilled ringside, where factions OTM and NQCC got involved, breaking out into a chaotic brawl. Amid the commotion, Wren rolled Jaida back into the ring but got caught with a Drive By from Jaida for the win.
Winner: Jaida Parker
Backstage, Shotzi bonded with Gigi Dolin and Tatum Paxley, with the trio forming a united front against Fatal Influence. The group shared a darkly comedic moment with their dolls, promising to “rip heads off” both figuratively and literally. Meanwhile, Fatal Influence looked unimpressed as Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn swooped in, mocking their lack of unity. The witches cast doubt on the faction’s cohesion, never going to complain seeing the Unholy Union in NXT.
Stephanie Vaquer closed out the night declaring her journey far from over. After weeks of tension with Cora Jade, Vaquer promised to take Cora to her personal “hell” next week. Her fiery words established Vaquer isn’t holding back against NXT’s resident mean girl.
