As reported earlier in the day, a new signee for the women’s division is coming to AEW. They will debut on Wednesday’s Dynamite.
On Friday’s Rampage, it was announced that the new talent will be revealed next week in a qualifying match for the inaugural Women’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournament against The Bunny.
The opening round of the tournament is set to take place on May 11 with the finals set for Double or Nothing which is May 29. The first participant will be revealed after this qualifying match.
It was confirmed in December that the first Owen Hart Cup would take place in May and there will be a tournament for both the women and the men.
On this week’s Rampage, Nyla Rose defeated Madi Wrenkowski in quick fashion as she sent a message to the AEW Women’s World Champion Thunder Rosa.
