According to PWInsider (via 411Mania), Vernice Gabriel, a female star in the Phillipines, has been booked for the second annual Mae Young Classic tournament.
Gabriel joins a growing list of names rumored for WWE’s 32 Women Tournament that already include the likes of Meiko Satomura, Xia Brookside, Toni Storm, and newly signed talents Io Shirai and Deonna Purrazzo.
Gabby Ortiz, Heidi Katrina, Wioletta Anna Paz, Kelsey Hornack, Britani Birchmeier, Brandi Lauren (AKA Ava Storie), Chelsea Green (AKA Laurel Van Ness) and La Rosa Negra are female names that took part at WWE’s most recent tryouts.
As it was previously reported, the WWE have announced that tapings for the Mae Young Class II will occur on Wednesday, August 8th and Thursday, August 9th from Full Sail Live in Orlando, Florida.
