Becky Lynch Thanks Fans For Watching Her Bio: “It’s Been A Helluva Career”

On Sunday night on A&E, the channel broadcasted its season finale of Biography: WWE Legends. There was first an episode of Trish Stratus, followed by one on Becky Lynch.

Lynch posted the following on her social media thanking fans for watching.

”It’s been a helluva career.

Being the man for you was an honor, being the mom for her is a privilege. Thanks for watching my bio on A&E.”

Lynch is currently still listed on WWE’s roster. She hasn’t been on screen since her lost rematch to Liv Morgan on the Raw after the King and Queen event. It was reported that her contract had expired and a new one had not been signed before taking time off.

There is no word on when Lynch will be returning.

Gail Kim Says She’s Looking To Add To The Knockouts Roster

TNA producer Gail Kim talks about the current state of the Knockouts division. She acknowledges the great talent they have, but admits they could use some more power and talent.

The roster does have some massive talent which includes the likes of Jordynne Grace, Tasha Steelz, Masha Slamovich, Gisele Shaw, Alisha Edwards, Rosemary, Ash by Elegance, Spitfire, and more. However, lately due to the lack of depth to the roster, many fans have lost some interest in the division.

Kim tells Jim Varsallone in an interview the following:

“We have a great roster of girls right now, a central core. I’m looking to add to that right now, we’ve got some surprises coming up that I think will be great until the end of the year that you’ll see. Looking to rebuild this tag team division because we’ve been lacking a little bit in that department because we’ve only had two tag teams really. We want to grow that. I really want to make sure that the Knockouts have a strong tag division, a strong [singles] division, and even a secondary storyline that’s very strong. Even to have the girls mixed in, we have Alisha Edwards with The System, she’s managing and wrestling and our tag team champion. I just want those girls to get experience in every faucet of the business and see what they enjoy and what their strengths are because I think everyone has different strengths. I think it’s important to utilize all women in any role that they’re good at, can’t just be wrestling and that’s it. I think managers are just started to making a resurgence again in terms of importance and I love seeing that.” (Fightful)

Kim also spoke on a separate podcast interview with Battleground Podcast on the work between TNA/NXT.

“I honestly feel like it’s great for wrestling in general, not just WWE and TNA. I just think because it’s such a polarizing time right now, social media, a lot of people have their opinions and wrestling is a little bit exposed more so people feel like they know it or they know how wrestling works so they’re trying to predict it. I love how you never know what’s gonna happen, you never know who we’re gonna work with, never know what kind of dream matches you’re going to get out of it. Ever since the collaboration, all I see from fans is, ‘I wanna see this person wrestle this person.’ They’re just excited for wrestling in general, it’s not this tribalism, it’s, ‘I’m a wrestling fan’, and I love to see that.”

Who would you like to see become a new Knockout?

Trish Stratus Says There’s More Story Between Her And Zoey Stark

0

Trish Stratus continues to tease a return to WWE TV.

Stratus was last seen in the ring during her match against Becky Lynch at Payback in September, nearly a year ago. At that time, her protegé Zoey Stark turned on her with a Z360, leaving her laid out in the ring.

Since then, Stratus has appeared to host Money in the Bank last month. She had a run-in with Stark on the pre-show, but nothing came of the interaction.

While speaking with Sports Illustrated, Stratus says there is more to this story.

“When Zoey got introduced, I was very pleased with that,” said Stratus. “The chance to influence someone else’s career, it means a lot. She was great to work with and she loved to learn–and there is more to the story between me and Zoey Stark.”

She also shows her humble side as she explains being influential to the business.

“During the first women’s Royal Rumble, I kept hearing different women saying that I influenced them to get in the business. That was incredibly impactful. Looking back, it’s amazing to see how we influenced the business.”

Stark is currently in a faction with Sonya Deville and Shayna Baszler.

Mina Shirakawa Says She Will Be Spending Time In America

0

STARDOM’s Mina Shirakawa took to the mic today after her team loss to say she will be spending some time in the United States.

Shirakawa, along with Maika and Xena, dropped their Artist of Stardom Championships to the Cosmic Angels at today’s show. Afterwards, Shirakawa made her announcement. The ExV (Empress Nexus Venus) stable held the Artist of Stardom Titles for 127 days.

“Only E neXus V can deliver stardom to the world. Fans, I’m not a 5-star Grand Prix winner. I’m sorry for making you feel lonely. Mina Shirakawa’s summer is going to be filled with experiences in America, and EXV will spread stardom to the world.”

Shirakawa’s announcement seems to be no coincidence as she will likely be returning to AEW and be a factor in the Toni Storm vs. Mariah May feud. May turned on Storm after winning the Owen Hart Tournament and the two will battle at All In on Aug. 25. Shirakawa has connection with May as they are former team members. She also appeared in AEW and faced Storm in a losing effort at Forbidden Door.

There is no confirmation of when or where Shirakawa will appear once returning back to the states.

Queen Nia Reigns Supreme At SummerSlam; Liv Morgan Retains And Leaves With Dirty Dom

0

The hottest party of the summer took place tonight as WWE lands in Cleveland, Ohio for the annual SummerSlam premium live event.

In the opening match of SummerSlam tonight, the Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan looks to defend her title against former Champion Rhea Ripley. Back from injury, Ripley looks to gain back the title she never lost. But meanwhile, Morgan has been playing mind games with The Judgment Day for the past few months, especially with one Dominik Mysterio.

Mysterio having rejected Morgan’s advances a few weeks ago, arrives in tow with Ripley by her side. Morgan on her own, immediately has the size and strength disadvantage and tries to dodge Ripley in the early goings of the match.

Morgan attempts to target the injured shoulder of Ripley throughout the match, but Ripley finds ways to pop it back in. Nevertheless, Morgan finds a way to even the playing field with Ripley, but both former tag team partners can’t find ways to take the other out.

Morgan reluctantly brings a steel chair into play, for Ripley to just knock it out of her hands. Ripley is adamant to get her revenge, but Mysterio reminds her that the title cannot be won via disqualification.

In a shocking turn of events, Mysterio distracts the referee for Morgan to deliver the Oblivion on the steel chair to retain her title. The two leave and end up tongue wrestling, while Ripley watches in dismay.

Next, the WWE Women’s Championship is on the line as the Champion Bayley looks to defend her title against the Queen of the Ring, Nia Jax. Jax had earned this opportunity the moment she won her crown at the tournament. These two have quite a storied history, but Jax looks to add a belt to her already illustrious crown.

The size advantage of Jax prompts her to take out Bayley quickly, but the fighting champion does not look to go out without a fight.

Bayley with her ring prowess attempts to take out Jax in more ways than one that she had in the past. But, SummerSlam is the perfect moment for “Tiffy Time” as Tiffany Stratton arrives late to the party, and appears with her shiny pink briefcase. Bayley immediately knocks her out for any semblance of a cash-in, but this provides an opportunity for Jax to lay out Bayley.

After two powerbombs and a whopping three aNIAhilators, Jax is crowned your new WWE Women’s Champion.

What did you think about tonight’s SummerSlam? Did the right woman walk out as Champion? Where does this love triangle take us from here? Let us know what you thought of the show!

Tatum Paxley Achieves Level Up Win Ahead Of North American Title Match

0

Tatum Paxley remains looking strong as she continues her search for gold. Paxley has been on a mission for the better part of this year to win a championship. She has gone so far as TNA to try and take down Jordynne Grace for the TNA Knockouts Title but so far no such luck.

Paxley is booked in a NXT Women’s North American Title match for this Tueaday as she takes on Kelani Jordan. Before we get there though, she proves her skills in the ring by taking out Tyra Mae Steele on NXT Level Up this week.

You can view some of the match at the start of the video below.

Tiffany Stratton Calls Becky Lynch The GOAT, Says She Never Buried Her

0

Tiffany Stratton put an end to crazy fan theories that Becky Lynch buried her in NXT.

As a refresher, Lynch returned to NXT when Stratton was the NXT Women’s Champion and defeated her for the title. This left some “fans” upset that Stratton dropped the belt to Lynch despite Stratton working some of her career best matches with The Man.

Prior to Money in the Bank, Ring the Belle caught up with Stratton who put that crazy notion to bed.

“Becky did not bury me, guys. Come on. She’s the GOAT, and Becky definitely elevated me in ways that nobody else, I feel like on the roster, could. In that match, I came out more of a Superstar at No Mercy than I was before I went out. I definitely showed everybody that Tiffy Time can go. Becky helped me. She pushed me to get there, so I honestly owe a lot to Becky. She truly made Tiffy Time.” (Fightful)

Stratton would go on to win Money in the Bank and continues to hold the briefcase. Her briefcase was recently destroyed by Bayley, which led to Nia Jax gifting Stratton a customized one.

Anna Jay Talks Dream Of Wrestling In Japan, Set For STARDOM Debut

0

AEW’s Anna Jay is gearing up to head over to Japan. She will be participating in STARDOM’s 5Star GP. STARDOM confirmed the mystery participants and Risa Sera plus Anna Jay were selected. Jay will feature in the Blue Stars A Block along with STARDOM names such as Syuri, Starlight Kid, Xena and more.

In a STARDOM self promo released on social media, Jay discusses this being a bucket list moment for her.

“Hi guys, Anna Jay here and I just wanna say how excited and honored I am to be competing in this year’s Five Star Grand Prix tournament. It’s something I never thought I was gonna be able to do and now we’re here and now it’s happening and it’s literally next week. So I’m so excited, like I said, I’m so honored to be doing so. Girls like Toni Storm, Mariah May, people that I work with and see on a weekly basis who I admire have benefited tremendously from working with stardom. So to have that opportunity obviously means a lot to me and I cannot wait to take advantage of it. I’ve never been to Japan. That’s also just a bucket list destination in itself. So to be able to go to Japan, wrestle, which is my dream, is an incredible opportunity and I cannot wait. I cannot wait to also taste a coffee in Japan. That is something I’m really looking forward to because I drink coffee every morning. I need it. So I’m really looking forward to trying that. And I’m also looking forward to trying, I think it’s called Fruit Sandos. I don’t really know if that’s the correct term for it, but it’s just fruit in a sandwich with whipped cream. I don’t know, I’ve been seeing it online for the past five years, and I have been craving one ever since. So I need one.” (Fightful)

She continued to mention who she wants to wrestle.

“As for my personal goals within this tournament, obviously, I just want to get better as a wrestler, better as a performer, and hone my craft as much as I can in the time that I’m there. Something I’m also setting a goal for myself is to be in the finals. Whether or not that’s a far reach or not, I don’t care. We all have to have goals and dreams. So that is my goal. My goal is to face AZM. That would be a dream come true as well. AZM is somebody I know, somebody who is my friend. I wouldn’t want to face her in a malicious way. It would be out of respect. She is somebody that I would love to be in the ring with, somebody that I would love to have the opportunity to work with. That is the goal that I’m setting for myself. Another person that I thought I might face this trip was Mina. You know, I’ve faced her already a few times and whether or not it’s ended up good for me or not, I thought I might have the opportunity again on her turf. Now here we are, she’s not in the tournament and it leaves me to think, are you scared Mina? What’s going on? Where are you? Regardless, I will be there soon. I think I’ll be seeing you whether it’s in the ring or not. As for everyone else, I cannot wait for this opportunity. I cannot wait to be in Japan. The star of the show. We’ll be seeing you next week.”

The STARDOM 5Star GP kicks off on Aug. 10 and will run until the end of the month.

Bayley Talks Nia Jax: “This Nia Jax Is Different…But I’ve Also Changed”

0

The current WWE Women’s Champion Bayley who is heading into SummerSlam on Saturday against Nia Jax, gave her opponent some kudos. She talks about the change and growth that Nia has had since returning to WWE, but Bayley wants Nia to know that it works both ways.

While speaking on the Hall of Fame podcast, she had the following to say:

“This Nia Jax is different. I’ve known Nia for the past ten years, and she’s always been strong, she’s always been dominant. But I think that time away from WWE really got her mind going in a different way, and it’s got her firing on different cylinders. When she came back, it was like there was no time to mess around. She wasn’t gonna just be happy to be here. She was gonna come here, and she was gonna make a change, and she was gonna put people on notice.

She was gonna make people notice her because you see fans talk about it, this is her greatest run, and she proved that with the Queen of the Ring. She had some amazing matches, and I know she’s kind of just firing on that momentum. So that is a little nerve-wracking, aside from her strength alone. But I’m on a different level too. I’m different than [when] she’s seen me the last time, and now I have created the longest women’s faction in history. I’ve won Royal Rumble, I’ve done a few things since I’ve come back from injury, and the pandemic era alone, I think I was able to grow so much. So she needs to realize, I know she won Queen of the Ring, but I’ve also changed so much and I’ve also grown so much. So my experience I think is what I’m gonna have to put up against someone like her.” (Fightful)

In this same interview, Bayley spoke about another topic and that is the idea of adding another championship belt into the women’s division.

Her sentiments on this were –

“Of course, yeah. They’re doing that in NXT right now with the NXT Women’s North American Title. I would love for us to have something like that. I think that would be great. But I always say this, as proud as I am of the Women’s Tag Team Titles, they also don’t always get that time. They don’t always get those matches. So first, I would love to see those take off, and I would love to see the women’s tag division kind of be put on the map and be on these pay-per-views with us. I just feel like they need a little more T.L.C., a little more love because so women have been able to hold them, but we haven’t been able to have that match yet where it’s like, okay, we’ve solidified the women’s tag team division. Now let’s bring in another one. But when that does happen, and I believe will, I know that it’s gonna help a lot of other women shine.” (Fightful)

Bayley will be taking on Nia Jax tonight at SummerSlam. Diva Dirt will have up its discussion posts and results after the show.

SummerSlam Predictions: 08.03.24

0

Tonight is the hottest event of the summer for WWE as SummerSlam is here from Cleveland, Ohio. There are two women’s matches on the card, both with championships on the line.

WWE Women’s Championship

Bayley (c) vs. Nia Jax

Women’s World Championship

Liv Morgan (c) vs. Rhea Ripley

Below are the predictions from the Diva Dirt stafff!

WWE Women’s Championship

NICK: This one I think is less predictable than the other match on the card. I could see it going either way. We have Bayley who worked so hard to get to this title, but then Nia who has been, in my opinion, stellar since her return. I think it is more about what we can do after this match that will determine who wins. And unless someone like Naomi turns heel, I don’t see Bayley keeping the gold. It makes more sense to give it to Nia right now.

WINNER: Nia Jax

JOEY: The odds of Bayley walking out of SummerSlam still holding the WWE Women’s Championship seem very unlikely. We could see a cash in from Tiffany, but I think there’s more longevity in her being Ms. MITB. Personally I’d like to see Nia defeat Bayley, win the Women’s Championship and have a teased cash in by Tiffany thus cause tension between the two. Tiffany is bound to be champion one day, but Nia deserves her flowers for how much she’s improved since returning.

Winner and NEW WWE Women’s Champion: Nia Jax

ALGEO: The threat of Tiffany and her briefcase looms in the background going into this match. The power dynamic between Bayley and Nia is very much in one women’s favor. I do think Bayley has what it takes to defend her title successfully here. But, she’s going to give it her all to do so and I’m almost so sure Tiffany will be watching very closely.

WINNER: Bayley

Women’s World Championship

NICK: There’s a lot going on here and no one can say this isn’t what we’ve been asking for. A match that has so much story and substance to it that it has been very much long term story telling. With that being said, it isn’t going to end at SummerSlam either. My take is it will go to at least Bad Blood in October. So with that and all the variables at play including the Judgment Day, I am going to say Liv retains for now.

WINNER: Liv Morgan

JOEY: Credit to WWE bc they’ve structured this story week in, week out very well. This bout between Liv/Rhea feels like the first part of a series, that if done right, can keep going all the way to until the end of the fall season. I’m expecting this to be a good match but I don’t think Rhea and Liv are going to give us a full course meal. Really, it’s Dom’s involvement that’s going to be the big takeaway here bc I don’t want to see a title change happen this soon.

WINNER: Liv Morgan

ALGEO: There’s still a lot that is just brewing here, and having Rhea take the title from Liv may seem a bit too premature at this point in time. I believe Liv is at the best we’ve ever seen her, and a win here can take her to new heights in this reign. Obviously, there will be some shenanigans at play here so we’ll see how they can pull this off.

WINNER: Liv Morgan

Women’s Tag Team Championship Match Ends In Interference; Tiffany Stratton Gets A New Briefcase

Friday Night SmackDown emanated this week from Cleveland, Ohio inside the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. Cleveland is the same city where SummerSlam will be taking place tomorrow night.

Our first glimpse of women’s action came in the form of Byron Saxton conducting an interview with Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill. The two are very confident and are aimed at standing on business to come back for their Women’s Tag Team Championships. Belair says that they weren’t pinned at Clash at the Castle and that the Unholy Union can’t whoop them. The champs wanted the attention, so they got it. Cargill finishes off by saying that when fighting The Storm and The EST, anyone who steps up will get stepped on.

The WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match took place later on. The champs tried to get a head start but were immediately taken aback by the strength of Cargill and Belair, who would dominate the match prior to the first commercial break. The show would return with them at the disadvantage, with Jade attempting to tag Bianca in before Isla took her out at ringside. The Unholy Union would then try to double team Cargill, who would reverse their intended double suplex and finally give Bianca the hot tag. Bianca would throw down with both women, almost getting a near fall, before Blair Davenport would make her presence felt by openly attacking Cargill. This would lead to a disqualification victory for the Unholy Union and resulted in a three on two attack with the tandem of Davenport, Dawn, and Fyre laying out Belair and Cargill.

After a video aired to recap Nia Jax’s Queen of the Ring victory and subsequent ascent to the championship picture, Tiffany Stratton was seen in the locker room, still upset over her destroyed Money in the Bank briefcase. Nia enters the room and unveils a new custom made briefcase, but additionally warns her that if she attempts to cash in during her Women’s Championship match with Bayley at SummerSlam, the “perfect princess” will have to answer to “the queen”. Stratton’s excitement over the briefcase sparks some jealous comments from Chelsea Green, who would have designed it much differently had she won the Money in the Bank ladder match and not “Tacky Time”. Stratton lastly responds and says that “green is definitely not your color”.

Finally, Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell made a brief cameo appearance backstage in a segment with LeRae’s son Quill right before the main event as the team of Johnny Gargano and Tomasso Ciampa (DIY) cut a promo about the town of Cleveland. They faced The Bloodline (Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga) for their Tag Team Championship, and ended up losing their championships.

Britt Baker Reportedly Suspended By AEW After Confrontation

It is being reported that Dr. Britt Baker has been suspended by AEW. The suspension will not hinder her upcoming match at All In against Mercedes Moné for the TBS Championship on August 25.

The report of her suspension and also a fine has come from both the Wrestling Observer and Fightful. Details of it include a confrontation that involved Alicia Atout and MJF.

Per Wrestling Observer Newsletter,

Britt Baker was fined and suspended for a few weeks by AEW.

Details aren’t fully known but it came from backstage at Dynamite on July 17th where Baker, allegedly, made a comment about MJF and his partner Alicia Atout. Atout heard said comments, told MJF who then confronted her.

This all stems from problems in the past that weren’t addressed and a committee was put together to settle these things quickly.

Most were said to be sympathetic towards Baker.

Per Fightful Select –

Britt Baker’s suspension from AEW is legitimate.

Several weeks ago, an argument between Britt Baker and MJF occurred.

The word internally was that Baker exercised frustration about MJF within the women’s locker room. Word made it back to MJF, as his girlfriend Alicia Atout was in the room.

The details are “he said she said” at this point, but we’re told that there were confrontations between Alicia Atout and Britt Baker, as well as MJF and Baker. At one point Will Ospreay also spoke with Baker. Word was that Baker also took issue with Atout telling MJF about what was said in the locker room.

The previous close friends Britt Baker and MJF had a falling out at some point in the last year.

HR got involved in the situation, which actually happened several weeks ago. Baker has appeared on TV since then, but was legitimately suspended. An investigation was conducted and numerous members of the roster and a suspension was levied.

Baker is still planned to wrestle at AEW All In.

If anything more comes about this situation, Diva Dirt will provide the update.

Leila Grey Joins Top Flight In ROH As Their New Flight Attendant

Leila Grey is ready to show you where the emergency exists are as she appears with a new gimmick on this week’s episode of ROH.

Grey has been on TV with AEW/ROH since 2022. She is a former Baddie along with Kiera Hogan and Red Velvet under Jade Cargill’s stable. Grey has been working in OVW since April. She just returned on AEW’s Rampage last Friday in a squash match losing to Kris Statlander.

Rosemary Back In Action; SDL Ties The Knot

As we tread off the heels of Slammiversary, the Knockouts look to refresh their vision and also take on some big promises on tonight’s TNA Impact!

First, we hear from the TNA Knockouts World Champion Jordynne Grace as she talks about her recent challenger Ash By Elegance. Grace states that next week she wants to issue another open challenge to anyone who wants to face The Juggernaut.

To kick off Knockouts action for tonight, Rosemary is back in action after haunting Ash and her personal concierge during the past couple of weeks. As Ash watches this match closely, Rosemary’s opponent tonight is Kristara.

Unfortunately for this local Montreal competitor, she meets the wrath of Rosemary and is laid out with a black rose.

After being unsuccessful this past Slammiversary and at GCW Bloodsport, Spitfire’s Jody Threat takes on one half of the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champions Masha Slamovich and hopes to finally get a one up on her.

The two start firing at each other, but Threat meets a distraction by Alisha Edwards for Slamovich to take control. Threat tries to fire back, but Edwards has other plans as she props up her title belt on the corner. Dani Luna tries to put a stop to it, and Threat manages to drop Slamovich into the belt with the referee distracted. Threat hits the Pop Shove It finally gets a win over Slamovich.

To cap off the night, Steph De Lander looks to finally tie the knot with PCO after a proposal this past Slammiversary. And Xia Brookside is in tow as her special bridesmaid as The Angel arrives dressed in all black.

Before SDL can walk out with her betrothed, Matt Cardona looks to crash the wedding, literally. And leaves the happy couple a mess in Montreal.

What did you think of tonight’s TNA Impact? Who will step up to Grace? Can Spitfire manage a comeback? And will SDL finally live happily ever after? Let us know below!

Jordynne Grace Reaches Another 200 Days As TNA Knockouts Champion

Jordynne Grace has reached 200 days as TNA Knockouts World Champion for the second time in her career.

Grace has been champion a total of three times. Her first time she reached 182, second reign had 208 and she is sitting now as current champion at 201 days. She won the title from Trinity at Hard to Kill in January.

So far Grace has been unstoppable in her third reign taking on and welcoming all opponents regardless of company lines. She has defended against names such as Trinity, Gisele Shaw, Tasha Steelz, Xia Brookside, Delta, Steph De Lander, Miyu Yamashita, Marti Belle, Allysin Kay, Tatum Paxley, Izzi Dame, and most recently Ash by Elegance.

In this reign she has broken down the forbidden door and been in the WWE women’s Royal Rumble match and has participated in NXT. She challenged NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez for the title.

With her three reigns, Grace sits at the number two spot for most combined days in TNA history at 591 + days just behind Gail Kim with the most at 711.

We are over half way through the year, will Grace continue to dominate 2024 or is there someone who can take the gold from her?

Athena Marks 600 Days As ROH Women’s World Champion

As of August 1, Athena has hit 600 days as ROH Women’s World Champion. She is only the fourth woman to hold this gold and she won it in December 2022 from Mercedes Martinez at ROH Final Battle.

Not only has Athena met a milestone herself and for the women, but has an opportunity to become the longest reigning singles champion, regardless of gender, in ROH history. The only person who has held a title long is Samoa Joe at 645 days.

During her reign as champion, Athena has successfully defended the title against the likes of Skye Blue, Leyla Hirsch, Diamante, Willow Nightingale, Red Velvet, Billie Starkz, Nyla Rose, Allysin Kay, Hikaru Shida, Emi Sakura, and more. She last defended at the recent Death Before Dishonor event with a victory over Queen Aminata.

We’ll have to wait to find out who may be the one to finally overthrow the champion, but she has made a huge impression for ROH.

Kamille Victorious in AEW Debut; Statlander Earns Opportunity Against Nightingale

We’re closing in on a month until All In at Wembley Stadium, and on tonight’s AEW Dynamite the field is very much set for what is about to come.

Tonight, the recently crowned CMLL Women’s World Champion Willow Nightingale faced Kris Statlander. After Statlander’s attack on Nightingale last week, the two former friends go head-to-head in an Eliminator match.

The two immediately butt heads and end up on the outside, but Nightingale crashes into the barricade trying to get the best of Statlander.

The former best friends have a test of strength throughout the match. Nightingale tries to power back but eventually meets the distraction of Stokely. This is a chance for Statlander to come back and hit a 450 splash.

Stokely distracts the referee and Statlander uses the chains and knockouts Nightingale cold for the win and a future opportunity at Nightingale’s title. But, the duo has more plans as they want to take her out for good. Security attempts to put a stop to it, but Statlander stands tall over everyone in the end.

Next, Renee Paquette sits down with Owen Hart Cup Winner Mariah May before her title match against AEW Women’s World Champion “Timeless” Toni Storm heading into All In. Paquette looks to find some answers, but May makes things clear from the get-go.

Storm comes out to the arena and responds and says come All In it’s going to be “the blood romance of a lifetime.”

To cap off the night, Kamille, the hired muscle of TBS and NJPW Strong Women’s Champion Mercedes Moné, is in action tonight against Brittany Jade. Unfortunately for this local competitor she meets the wrath of “The Brickhouse.”

After the TBS title match was made official this past weekend at Comic Con, The CEO has some choice words towards her challenger and her “biggest fan” Britt Baker after being “victimized” for the past few weeks.

How was tonight’s AEW Dynamite? What did you think of the expanding Moné corporation? Can Storm finally get her hands on May? And does Statlander have what it takes to snatch the gold of Nightingale? Let us know down below!
