While a guest on Logan Paul’s Impaulsive podcast, the current Women’s World Champion confirmed her re-signing with the company. She added that it is a five year deal.
“I just signed a new five-year deal, so my five year plan is WWE,” says Morgan.
Morgan signed with WWE in 2014. She debuted in 2015. During her time with the company, Morgan has been a WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion twice and is in her second reign as Women’s World Champion (SmackDown Women’s Champion).
Former Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley has been written off with an eye injury.
For those that may have missed it, Ripley was left a bloody mess after an attack in the NXT parking lot at the hands of Raquel Rodriguez and Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan. WWE has made a post stating she will be out of action for an undisclosed amount of time.
Per WWE.com –
Last night on NXT, Rhea Ripley was heinously attacked in the parking lot by Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan and her enforcer Raquel Rodriguez.
Following the brutal attack, it has been revealed that The Nightmare has suffered a fractured right orbital socket, which will put Ripley out of action for an undisclosed amount of time.
Make sure to follow all WWE social media platforms as this story develops.
Morgan is set to clash with WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax at Crown Jewel this Saturday. Following Crown Jewel will be Survivor Series WarGames which all signs were pointing to a Team Ripley vs. Team Morgan. We’ll have to wait and see now.
Coming off of a victory at Bound for Glory, Ash and Heather By Elegance are gelling well as a team. Now they have their eyes set on the Knockouts World Tag Team Champions.
On the Halloween episode of TNA iMPACT! Ash will be taking on one-half of the tag champions Dani Luna. Can a win here put them closer to a title opportunity?
One of TNA’s newest Knockouts Lei Ying Lee will also be in action.
This Thursday on the spookiest day of the year, Athena will defend the ROH Women’s World Title against Abadon in a Halloween Ring of Horror Match.
Abadon has been making Athena’s life uneasy for the past number of weeks. This includes crashing the championship celebration that Athena tried to have last week. Will Abadon be the one to end Athena’s record breaking reign, or will we be holding out until Final Battle for someone else (Billie Starkz)?
It’s time for another action packed edition of NXT! Last night’s Halloween Havoc fallout left us with plenty to dig into, and unlike Raw, we were treated to a substantial amount of women’s wrestling content. Let’s break it all down!
Tatum Paxley vs. Wendy Choo — Casket Match
The match kicked off with Wendy attempting a swing with her signature pillow, only for Tatum to duck and counter with a series of punches. Tatum took control early, landing a dropkick and throwing Wendy out to the apron. Wendy fought back, launching Tatum into the casket, but Tatum managed a senton from the floor to keep the momentum alive.
In a thrilling exchange, Wendy countered Tatum’s trash can attack with a quick superkick. But Tatum wasn’t fazed — she placed the can over Wendy and hammered it with a broom! A crossbody and a reverse Angle Slam later, Wendy found herself temporarily on the ropes. Wendy rallied, dodging Tatum’s dive, then charged in with a front dropkick, sending Tatum tumbling into the trash can upside down.
After the break, Wendy regained control, whipping Tatum into a dollhouse corner prop. She managed to roll Tatum into the casket, but a pillow blocked the lid. They wrestled for control over the pillow, with Wendy finally dumping out a pile of LEGOs! A brutal full nelson slam sent Tatum crashing onto the blocks. After several close calls with the casket lid, Tatum ultimately secured the win by spraying Wendy with a fire extinguisher and shutting her inside.
Winner: Tatum Paxley
Lola Vice talked up her Hardcore Match against Jaida Parker next week, promising that her experience with noholdsbarred fights would allow her to take Jaida down with ease. Dawn Marie won’t need to count to three — Lola plans on knocking Jaida out cold.
Zaria vs. Brinley Reece
The intense match began with a lockup that saw Brinley backed into the ropes before breaking free. Zaria immediately dominated, sending Brinley into the ropes and overpowering her with brutal holds, even dislocating her opponent’s elbow, only to slap it back into place! Zaria kept the offense steady, using shoulder drives, backbreakers, and ultimately a spear and F5 to claim victory in a ruthless display.
Winner: Zaria
After the match, Fatal Influence appeared in the stands. Fallon called Zaria out, accusing her of stealing their spotlight and promising retribution. Then Roxy and Cora made an appearance, congratulating Fallon on her title win and surrounding her in the ring. Kelani joined in, soon followed by Giulia and Vaquer. Just as things seemed heated, Jordynne Grace made a surprise return, sparking an allout brawl that cleared the ring, setting up a huge 10woman tag team match for next week!
Nikkita Lyons vs. Kelani Jordan
The match began with a lockup, and Kelani quickly took control with a shoulder lock and some impressive highflying maneuvers. The two traded impressive athletic feats, including synchronized splits to taunt each other. Nikkita fought back, targeting Kelani with a bellytoback suplex and a cobra clutch.
Kelani managed to rally, showing off her agility before landing a splitlegged moonsault to secure the win after a distraction from Rizzo, who attacked Lyons postmatch. The animosity between Rizzo and Lyons promises to escalate, with Rizzo explaining her grudge to Kelani before going on the attack.
Winner: Kelani Jordan
Backstage, Team Badass strategized for their upcoming match, only to be interrupted by none other than Rhea Ripley. She praised the depth of the division and hyped up next week’s showdown, eager to witness the action firsthand.
In a fiery promo, Jaida Parker responded to Lola Vice’s challenge, warning that her idea of a Hardcore Match might surprise Lola. Jaida promised to bring the fight in the famed ECW Arena, emphasizing her toughness and disregard for any interference.
Set for Next Week:
– Hardcore Match: Jaida Parker vs. Lola Vice
– 10-Woman Tag Team Match
Backstage chaos erupted as Stevie Turner and Mr. Stone argued while referees rushed outside. Liv and Raquel strolled by with a pipe in hand, seemingly on a mission. The scene culminated with Rhea Ripley busted open.
The former three-time TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace made a return to NXT this week.
After Zaria had her debut match with a win against Brinley Reece, things broke down in the NXT Women’s Division.
Fatal Influence made their way down to the ring to confront Zaria after attack on them at Halloween Havoc. Joining them was Cora Jade and the NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez. As the five of them surround Zaria, Kelani Jordan joins her as well as Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer to help level the playing field.
Still one number down on Team Zaria, Jordynne Grace joined the fun. The ten women brawled in the ring to end the segment with the baby faces standing tall in the ring as the heels retreated.
Next week, the special night episode of NXT on Wednesday Nov. 6 will have a ten woman tag team match. Grace will join Jordan, Zaria, Giulia, and Vaquer to take on Perez, Jade, and Fatal Influence.
Rhea Ripley made an appearance on the Oct. 29 episode of NXT. She made her way into the locker room and spoke some words with Zaria, Kelani Jordan, Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer, and TNA’s Jordynne Grace. Her visit was short, but she didn’t make it out unscathed.
In the dreaded NXT parking lot, Ripley was left bloody and beaten at the door of her vehicle. Prior to the camera showing officials trying to help Ripley, we see Raquel Rodriguez and the Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan leaving the scene smiling with a baseball bat and a lead pipe in their hands.
On Raw, Ripley sent a message to Rodriguez and Morgan that they would have to kill her to stop her. She is still on the hunt for the World Women’s Title.
On the special NXT episode next Wednesday coming from the former ECW 2300 Arena, Francine will be there! She worked in ECW feom 1994 to 2001.
It was previously announced that another EVW original Dawn Marie will be a special guest referee for a hardcore match between Lola Vice and Jaida Parker. We also have the rumor from Fightful that a match involving Lita has been pitched.
WWE Hall of Famer Lita had been reportedly pitched for an NXT match. A match that would take place next week on the special Wednesday night episode at the 2300 Arena, home of the former ECW.
According to Fightful Select, a match was pitched to include Lita in an eight or ten woman match.
WWE has reached out about having more ECW personalities on the ECW Arena/2300 Arena show next week.
The company has already announced Dawn Marie will be involved, and Bully Ray popped up on WWE TV. However, that’s not it. Fightful has learned that there was a pitch for a tag team match that would involve Lita, who appeared in ECW as Miss Congeniality. The pitch we heard was and eight or ten woman tag that would happen on the show.
Lita last wrestled on WrestleMania 39, teaming with Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus. She and Becky Lynch were WWE Tag Team Champions when she was written off TV.
Lita was actually at 2300 Arena last week, as well. However, we’re told that was actually for unrelated reasons. The match was being pitched throughout the week.
The report does not indicate whether this pitch will come to fruition or not.
After week’s of vignettes and her appearance at Halloween Havoc, ZARIA is ready to enter the ring. She will be debuting tonight against an opponent that hasn’t been named.
ZARIA appeared twice at Halloween Havoc taunting many other members of the locker room. First she appeared in the rafters eyeing up Stephanie Vaquer, Giulia, Cora Jade, and the NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez after their tag team match. Then she got physically after Fallon Henley became the new NXT Women’s North American Champion by leveling our all three members of Fatal Influence.
In other news, the very first women’s Casket Match will take place tonight. Tatum Paxley got her wish from the wheel as it landed on the stipulation. Paxley was locked in a road case dor nearly a week thanks to Wendy Choo! One woman will meet their demise in a casket tonight!
Check back in with Diva Dirt during NXT to chat about the Divas!
WWE continues to take over the wrestling industry as it announces a pathway for indie wrestling talent. This includes many wrestling schools which are outlined in the statement below.
WWE today announced the launch of a first-of-its-kind developmental program designed to provide up-and-coming independent wrestlers a pathway to a potential career in WWE. The program will be called WWE ID, short for WWE Independent Development™.
“WWE ID is the latest in our efforts to identify and support the journey of up-and-coming wrestlers, in turn raising the profile of and strengthening the independent wrestling ecosystem,” said WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque.
Following the 2021 launch of WWE’s NIL program, WWE ID has been constructed to support independent wrestling prospects and wrestling schools with world-class training, development and mentorship.
Under the program, WWE will provide prominent independent wrestling schools with the WWE ID official designation, with the goal of providing new trainees and existing talent at these select institutions with enhanced developmental opportunities. Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling (Houston), Cody Rhodes’ Nightmare Factory (Atlanta), Seth Rollins’ Black and Brave Academy (Davenport, Iowa), Elite Pro Wrestling Training Center (Concord, N.H.) and KnokX Pro Academy (Los Angeles) are the first WWE IDindependent wrestling schools to earn the official designation.
Additionally, WWE ID will identify top independent wrestling prospects with an official WWE ID “prospect” designation and support their developmental journey by providing financial opportunity and assisting with training, mentorship and development, including access to world-class facilities, best-in-class ring training, athletic trainers and more. WWE ID will give fans the opportunity to follow the paths of these standout prospects on the independent wrestling scene through curated, behind-the-scenes content, as well as highlights and matches showcased across WWE’s social platforms.
Hello everyone and welcome back to another edition of Monday Night Raw! We were really feeling the effects of the show being cut down to 2 hours, but let’s dive in.
Zelina Vega w/ Cruz del Toro & Joaquin Wilde vs. Ivy Nile w/ The Creed Brothers
The match opened with Vega slapping Nile, sparking Nile’s aggressive response as she drove Vega into the corner and hit a few hard kicks. Nile went for a corner splash, but Vega dodged, sending Nile tumbling outside. Seizing the opportunity, Vega delivered a meteora to the outside just before the commercial break.
Returning to the action, Nile was struggling to recover while Vega taunted her. Nile attempted a suplex, but Vega countered into a neck breaker, followed by a moonsault that scored her a close two-count. As Vega went for a tornado DDT, Nile countered with an impressive bridging suplex for another near fall. Vega aimed for her signature Code Red, but Julius Creed pulled Nile out of the line of fire, allowing Nile to capitalize with a swinging Ura Nage for the victory.
Winner: Ivy Nile
Rhea Ripley also had a vignette air warning Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez ahead of Crown Jewel letting the Women’s World Champion know that she’ll have to kill her to stop her.
Aaaaaaand that’s it for last night’s show! Short and sweet this morning, sound off in the comments below.
Halloween Havoc may be over, but Halloween is still to come. With that comes a Casket Match on this Tuesday’s NXT.
After being trapped in a road box since last week’s NXT by Wendy Choo, Tatum Paxley emerged from it at Halloween Havoc. Spending days trapped in a box really makes you think and she wants her revenge on Choo.
With General Manager Ava present, Paxley spun the wheel to determine what stipulation she could get against Choo. Funny thing is, it landed on a Casket Match.
This will be the first women’s Casket Match in WWE history.
Fallon Henley is the NEW NXT Women’s Champion after defeating Kelani Jordan at Sunday’s Halloween Havoc. This ends Jordan’s inaugural reign at 141 days.
The deck was stacked against Jordan, however. Due to Fatal Influence having the opportunity ti pick the stipulation, they chose a gauntlet match. Jordan was far from fresh after defeating first Jazmyn Nyx and then Jacy Jayne. Nyx anx Jayne were the deciding factor as they helped Henley get the win.
The celebration was cut short after the new champion took to the mic as ZARIA appeared for the second time during the night. First, she had a stare down with the NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez from afar but this time she showed up behind Fatal Influence in the ring and took out all three of them!
ZARIA will have her debut match this Tuesday, Oct. 29 on NXT.
Roxanne Perez is the NXT Women’s Champion, but if this wasn’t a tag team match at Sunday’s Halloween Havoc, we would have had a new champion.
At Halloween Havoc, Perez and Cora Jade teamed up to face Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer. And it was Vaquer who scored the win for her team as she pinned the champion. Giulia failed to capture the NXT Women’s Title from Perez at No Mercy thanks to Jade’s return. Now that Vaquer has pinned the champion, she is likely the next number one contender.
However, newcomer Zaria made an appearance with a stare down to the women in the ring to show she has arrived. And it wouldn’t be the first time she appeared at Halloween Havoc ….
ECW Original Dawn Marie will be the special guest referee on NXT in the former 2300 ECW Arena on Nov. 6. This will be a special Wednesday night episode of NXT.
Dawn Marie will be the referee in a hardcore match between Lola Vice and Jaida Parker!
Vice and Parker have been feuding for the past few weeks after failure to work as a team against a common enemy Fatal Influence.

The union between TNA’s Rosemary and NXT’s Wendy Choo is now a thing of the past.
For several weeks now, Rosemary and Choo have been connected as a tag team between TNA and NXT. On Saturday at Bound for Glory, they took on the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions Spitfire in a losing effort.
The final moments of the match was a misscomunnicatiion between Rosemary and Choo which had Rosemary hitting her tag partner accidentally. This led to the finish as Spitfire hit a a tag team finisher to pin Choo.

Momo Watanabe is the next challenger for Mayu Iwatani’s IWGP Women’s Championship.
A title that hasn’t had many defenses since Iwatani has won it, has been held by her for 553 days and counting. Iwatani defeated Mercedes Moné to become champion. Her last defense was in early October against Toni Storm.
The challenge by Watanabe happened on Oct. 26 during the Goddess of Stardom Tag League. Iwatani and Momo Kohgo successfully defeated AZM and Miyu Amasaki under the Red Goddesses block, earning themselves two points.
During the victory celebration, Watanabe entered the ring to confront the champion. She initially called out Iwatani for defeating her in the recent 5 Star Grand Prix by using her bat. A verbal assault escalated into a vicious attack as she attacked Mayu with that same bat. Watanabe then made her challenge for the IWGP Women’s Championship at the upcoming NJPW x STARDOM Historic X-Over II show in November.
