Nia Jax was reportedly ready for her return from her double knee surgery as mentioned in early March. That news proved true tonight as Jax showed up on the red brand. The return wasn’t a surprise, but she made a strong statement as she made quick work of NXT’s Deonna Purrazzo.
Jax has been out of action since last year’s WrestleMania. She was in a Fatal 4-way at that event for the Women’s Tag Team Championship where The IIconics came out with the victory.
Since then, Jax was featured on the most recent season of Total Divas. During that season, her surgery was shown. She proclaimed that she wanted to be back in time for WrestleMania this year. Although she was not present during this year’s event, she is back and ready to go from the all important “reset” fell after the biggest event of the year.
