NWA Powerrr: Kamille viciously attacks Melina; Kiera Hogan needs to have a talk with Mickie James

On this week’s NWA Powerrr, a few segments and one match were highlighted for the women’s division.

The match on the card witnessed Paolo Blaze face one-half of The Hex and the NWA World Women’s Tag Team Champions, Marti Belle. The stipulation here was if Blaze won then she and Jennacide would receive a tag team title match. At ringside was Jennacide w/Taryn Terrell and Belle’s tag team partner Allysin Kay.

There were too many distractions at ringside and that worked against Blaze in this match. She had Belle covered at one point but the referee was too preoccupied to notice. Belle ended up winning the match with her finisher, The Hells Bells.

Although Blaze lost the match, she still has a chance to earn a title match as her tag team partner Jennacide has a future match against the other half of the tag champs Allysin Kay. If Jennacide defeats Kay then she and Blaze will still get their opportunity.

During this match, Melina joined commentary. She discussed her feelings on NWA World Women’s Champion Kamille and how she isn’t a fan of hers like she used to be. Kamille appeared after the match in a blindside attack on Melina which left her on the floor by the end of the segment.

That wasn’t all for the women this week as both Chelsea Green and Kiera Hogan made appearances in interview segments.

Green is going full force back to her ‘Hot Mess’ gimmick as she appeared with her trophy from the Women’s Invitational Cup that she won at EmPowerrr. Since she won that match, she faced Kamille at NWA73 and wasn’t able to win the NWA World Women’s Championship.

When May Valentine confirmed that Green lost the match against Kamille and asked her if she would like another shot at “The Burke,” Green responded:

“What?! What did you just say? I didn’t win?! Oh trust me, trust me…the next time Kamille sees me…” Green then started yelling and blowing kisses to the fans.

Lastly, Kiera Hogan spoke after Green made her way off-screen. Hogan said she is concerned about Mickie James and what she had to say about her during her match. She has always held James as an idol and an inspiration and her opinion means everything to Hogan. So she has found what James has had to say disrespectful and feels that they need to have a conversation.
