Tonight’s episode will have one last match to put a rivalry to bed and that is a big Lights Out match between Tiffany Stratton and Wendy Choo.
The two have been feuding for a while now but most of their interactions have been through vignettes and backstage moments. They have had two televised matches against each other since February and Stratton pulled out the win in both. Will she take their last bout together or will Choo finally get some revenge?
Last week on NXT Heatwave, Mandy Rose retained her NXT Women’s Title against Zoey Stark. With that win, she is now currently sitting at over 300-days as champion and is just three days away from tying the reign of Io Shirai at 304-days. Charlotte Flair’s record sits at 321-days.
Who will stop Rose? Could it be Blair Davenport who has come over from NXT UK and had a backstage moment in her on-screen debut last week against Indi Hartwell. Davenport made a big statement saying she would become a future NXT Women’s Champion.
