After last week’s NXT 2.0, Roxanne Perez is now the first-ever NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament winner. She defeated Tiffany Stratton in the finals granting her a championship opportunity of her choosing.
While Roxanne was celebrating, Cora Jade came down to share the moment with her ally but it was all cut short as Mandy Rose along with her Toxic Attraction teammates (Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne) appeared to congratulate her. Rose taunted Perez saying that she shouldn’t cash in her championship opportunity on her as that would be a bad idea. After threatening Roxanne a three-on-two brawl broke out which resulted in Indi Hartwell evening the odds.
Elsewhere on the card, we saw Alba Fyre make quick work of Tatum Paxley as the former continues to rack up victories. After the match, Lash Legend blindsided and taunted Alba as she was going up the ramp setting up a future match between the two of them.
Advertised for tonight we see the blowout from last week’s attack as Indi Hartwell, Cora Jade & Roxanne Perez team up to take on the current NXT Women’s and Tag Team Champs, Toxic Attraction.
Will Toxic Attraction reign supreme or will Team Perez pick up the W to further cement themselves as future tops of the division?
