NXT is officially moving to the USA Network in a two-hour time slot

Amidst all the rumblings of where and how NXT will be broadcasted, WWE has officially provided us with answers. NXT is officially moving to the USA Network on Sept. 18. It will be staying on Wednesday’s and at 8 p.m. ET but it will now be two hours and a LIVE show.

It was originally rumored that NXT was supposed to air on FS1 in conjunction with SmackDown moving to the Fox Network in October. The USA Network was said to be decided because that is what fans are familiar with watching WWE’s programming on. It has also been said that Vince McMahon will have more hands-on with this brand now that it will be on regular television.

With NXT moving networks and keeping the same day and start time, it is going to be a direct rival to AEW. AEW is starting their televised show on Oct. 2.

Here are some responses from the female talent on this decision and also what Triple H had to say:

What are your thoughts on the move? Do you think this will help the women’s division at all? What will you be watching? NXT or AEW? Discuss your thoughts in the comment section.
