The NXT Women’s Tag Team Championships will be on the line this Sunday at Worlds Collide.
After a victory against Ivy Nile and Tatum Paxley on the Aug. 30 episode of NXT 2.0, Kayden Carter and Katana Chance took to the mic to talk about this Sunday’s event. They explained that since there weren’t any tag teams from NXT UK for them to defend their titles against, they would hold a parking lot party.
Doudrop’s music would hit followed by Nikki A.S.H. The Raw Scottish tag team made their way to the ring and would lay out the challenge to Carter & Chance. The champions accepted and we will be seeing an NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship match at Worlds Collide on Sept. 4.
This is the second women’s match set for the event as the NXT Women’s Title and NXT UK Women’s Title will be unified in a Triple Threat match between Mandy Rose (c) vs. Meiko Satomura (c) vs. Blair Davenport.
