Deer Park, New York’s New York Wrestling Connection has made history by announcing their first professional wrestling LGBT (and ally) dominated event, “A Matter of Pride”.
This show will feature a variety of talents like Deonna Purrazzo, Sammy Pickles, and WSU Hall of Famer Alicia! There will also be the first ever LGBT tournament in history! Transgender model Aubrey St. John will be in attendance as one of the referees of the event.
Rick Cataldo, a veteran LGBT wrestler in the Tri-State area first broke the news on his Twitter:

“A Matter of Pride” will take place Sunday, September 18th at the NYWC Sportatorium in Deer Park, NY.
