TNA is set to have their next live event this Friday as No Surrender is taking place. Currently, there are two Knockouts matches on the card with both championships on the line.
Knockouts World Tag Team Championships
Decay (c) vs. MK Ultra
Knockouts World Championships
Jordynne Grace (c) vs. Gisele Shaw
Shaw is cashing in her Ultimate X win with this match against Grace. She has also turned on her now-former tag team partner Savannah Evans.
Below you will see Diva Dirt’s predictions.
Knockouts World Tag Team Championships
NICK – I feel so bad for the Knockouts as a whole right now. They still have some solid workers and adding Xia Brookside and Ash By Elegance will help some, but this tag team division is non existent. It would make zero sense for MK Ultra to win the titles back here. So unless some tag teams come out of nowhere here for more competition (which eventually I hope they do), Decay is retaining. Only other team that are floating about right now is Dani and Jodi and they are way too fresh to be winning the belts yet.
WINNER: Decay
COLBY: I’m not quite sure yet what to make of TNA’s current Knockouts tag division, but I’m not mad about these four getting a spot on the card for a rematch. Decay “returning” at Hard To Kill and regaining the gold was a nice surprise despite me not being ready for MK Ultra to lose. Since I’d rather not see another hot potato title change as the division is known to have, I’m okay with Decay retaining here.
WINNER: Decay
Knockouts World Championships
NICK: Man! I want Gisele to win this title so bad. And part of me thinks she could. She dumped Savannah, giving her free space to fly solo. But with what has gone on behind the scenes and even before that, Jordynne is the face of the company now more than ever with Trinity, Mickie, and Deonna all being gone. So Jordynne has to retain, right? I do hope we get something to spice it up post match though. An attack by Ash perhaps?
WINNER: Jordynne Grace
COLBY: When I predicted Shaw to win Ultimate X, I imagined that her title shot would result in her winning the gold. But that was before Jordynne Grace appeared in the Royal Rumble. I also didn’t think she’d cash in this soon. Nevertheless, I’m excited for what is sure to be a hard-hitting contest. With TNA in yet another transitional period, I’m not sure another title change is the right move. While I’m ready for Shaw to be champion, I don’t think Grace is dropping it just yet.
WINNER: Jordynne Grace
