Candice Caught in a Lie

1

candice-heelLooks like Candice has not only adopted the dearly departed, Ashley Massaro‘s injury-prone ways but her lying ways too. Last week, Can-Can herself said in an interview that her WWE contract expires in October 2009 and now just a week later, she’s backpedaling!

Original statement:

[My goal is to] win that championship, baby! Time’s running out! My contract expires in October of ‘09 so we’ll see where I’m at in that point in time. I mean, I would love to get into acting and do some more modeling. We’ll see, I love where I’m at right now. WWE is home to me and I can’t take it for granted.

However, in her new WWE Universe blog she writes:

Also, people have asked me if I’m leaving the wwe or that my contract is expiring in Oct. 2009, well this is so FALSE!!! First off my contract is not expiring this year and most importantly I have NO desire to leave WWE! I am still focused and gearing up for another return! I have asked myself and prayed alot on why I have taken a back seat with another injury?! What I do know is what it feels like to be on the mountain top, and i know what the valley is like all to well, but i have news for all the Haters who have all these crazy reasons on why they think they know me and why my career at WWE is over…I am not unpacking my bags down in this valley but climbing out of it, even with one foot!lol! I have had a taste of the top so I know that the fight is worth it! I can preach and say x,y and z. However, this time ill just show you! I’m not too frail, injury prone, too old, nor have i lost my passion! Misfortune happens and that’s what makes me stronger and builds resiliency! So just know that weather you respect me, hate me, judge me, spread false accusations about me, this is my journey and I say when its over so hear me loud and clear I’m saying “ITS NOT OVER!!”

Admist all the spiritual mumbo-jumbo, Candice calls out the ‘haters’ who spread such rumours about her — but girl, you said it yourself. I don’t get it. Either Candice is partying with Amy Winehouse in La-La Land and can’t keep track of what she did last week or she needs to hire Chris Brown’s publicist for some damage control.

And as for the injuries, for someone so ‘spiritual’, I’m surprised Candice has yet to visit a faith healer. “Oh Lawd, it’s a miracle!”

Confirmed: Gail Kim at WrestleMania 25

13

wm25-gail

Moments before tonight’s Divas match on Raw, Michael Cole introduced some chroma-key footage promoting the Miss WrestleMania match, the promo featured all of the current WWE Divas – including Gail Kim who appeared at the top of the screen.

Gail has not, however, debuted on television. It looks like Gail will indeed be part of that match, making her return at ‘Mania.

Two More Divas Won’t Be At WrestleMania, Sunny Update

2

sable1

Prior to being contacted by WWE officials to appear in the Divas Battle Royal at WrestleMania, Sunny was  actually scheduled to appear at the All Star Wrestling’s 3rd Anniversary show. When the opportunity came up to appear in the Battle Royal, Sunny sent an e-mail to the promotion’s head, Gary Damron, notifying him that she would be pulling out of the event. The e-mail she sent Mr. Damron has made it’s way onto the internet, and Sunny makes an interesting point at the end of it:

Hey Gary,

Ok, Ill just tell you by e mail. Im so sorry, but I have to pull out of the show April 4th….I NEVER cancel a show unless its for a really good reason, and this time I have a really good reason…Im doing the Hall of Fame and Wrestlemania!! I got the call yesterday from Johnny Ace, and Im in the Diva Battle Royal on the show…. and Ill be flying down on Friday..Im terribly sorry, but I cant pass up this chance to be seen by them again..who knows what could come of it! As far as the plane ticket is concerned, if you cancel the reservation with the airline, they will let you apply the fare towards another flight down the road, so it’s not money lost…Ill give you a call later today, as I have a busy day of training ahead of me to prepare.

Thanks Gary,
Tam

I sure hope Sunny won’t be getting in trouble by officials in WWE for all this information she’s been providing! It’s no secret that WWE has been almost obsessed with keeping information under wraps to not spoil anything, but Sunny has this e-mail that leaked on top of a Facebook status that confirmed her appearance as one of the first Divas to be a participant in the matchup.

In addition, it is also interesting to note that Sunny finished off the e-mail by saying that something might come of her appearance at WrestleMania 25. This was also the case when Sunny appeared at the Raw Anniversary special and was rumored to have landed a contract with WWE to return to the ring. Maybe Sunny is crossing her fingers once more that she might be able to return to the WWE, though she better not get on anyone’s bad side with all these leaks confirming her appearance!

Two other Divas are all but confirmed to not be a part of the Battle Royal. Former Women’s Champion and Playboy covergirl Sable as well as former Diva Dawn Marie are both pregnant. Ironically, both Divas are also scheduled to give birth in June around the same time, therefore making it virtually impossible that either one of them would enter a ring. In addition, Dawn Marie hasn’t been on the best of terms with WWE following her release a few years ago.

Add them to the “no” list Erin!

Another No For Mania

4

ashley-noshow

Looks like we can add another name to Erin’s list. Ex-Diva Ashley Massaro recently took to her favorite form of  communication, Myspace, about her Wrestlemania status.

“Another thing I’d like to touch on quickly is Wrestlemania. I know many of you are asking if i will be attending and participating in the 25 Diva Battle Royale and the answer unfortunately is …….no. I so so so wish I could be it’s conflicting right now, there’s nothing I’d rather do than come to mania but unfortunately it’s just not possible. :o( sad face sad face sad face”

Looks like we can cross the Dirty Diva off of our wish list. I don’t know what’s more surprising, the fact the WWE actually wanted Ashley in this match or that she had something better to do. You never know though. Maybe this is just a ruse to throw spoiler-crazed bloggers like myself off.

Diva B-Sides: Jillian, Layla and Tiffany

3

We can all agree that, except for a few exceptions, Divas get the short end of the stick when comes to entrance themes. While the male superstars get music from actual bands and artists or custom made songs with lyrics, Divas get stuck with crappy production music. If I had the chance I would change all the Divas music to something a little… well, better. And that’s just what I’m going to do. Here’s a few changes I would make to the Divas’ soundtrack:

JILLIAN“GIMMIE MORE” BY BRITNEY SPEARS

An obvious choice for Raw’s resident pop star, Jillian Hall. I could see Jillian strutting down the ramp to the tunes of her idol. Hopefully she’ll take a page outta Britney’s book and leave the live singing to those who are actually good at it.

SmackDown 5 For 500: Stephanie McMahon (#5)

sd5for500

This Friday night, SmackDown celebrates it’s 500th episode! And to celebrate, Diva Dirt will be counting down the 5 Divas who we feel have made the biggest contribution to the blue brand over the years! Check back over the next five days for the results!

sd5for500_steph5. STEPHANIE MCMAHON
Length of service: General Manager, 2002-2003

Though Stephanie McMahon had been a SmackDown regular since it’s launch in 1999, her true era as a SmackDown Diva came when she was announced as the brand’s General Manager in 2002. Her reign on top was marred by many a controversy… including a bitter dispute with her father, Vince McMahon.

Perhaps the most “hands on” GM SmackDown has had, Stephanie feuded with her dad and his bit-on-the-side, Sable. Steph met Sable in a catfight at Vengeance 2003 and later faced Vince in a father vs daughter match at No Mercy.

Stephanie also spent her days as ruler of the blue brand, feuding with Raw GM, Eric Bischoff. The two traded proverbial blows as they stole each other’s Superstars and championship belts. They even shared a kiss at Halloween 2002.

Since leaving SmackDown in October 2003, Stephanie has made sporadic appearances on WWE television. Most recently, she became the GM of Raw.

Check back tomorrow for #4

As the WrestleMania “No’s” Pile Up, Here’s a Positive…

5

It looks as though Diva fans are somewhat aggravated at the amount of Divas saying “No” to a WrestleMania 25 appearance. And it is true that the “No’s” do outweigh the “Yes'” and “Maybe’s” on Erin’s quaint little chart. But being ever the bigger-picture-seer (I realise that isn’t a word) that I am, there’s a much more positive aspect to this whole thing.

As the likes of Terri and Debra drop out, the chances become more and more likely that we will see Gail Kim make her debut at ‘Mania. And let’s face it, who wouldn’t rather see Gail than Terri or Debra? With the “No” list prevailing, it’s all but a dead-cert that our former Women’s and Knockouts Champion will make her return at the biggest pay per view on the calendar. And how many Divas can boast that?

Eve’s Dressed (Impractically) to Kill

0

Divas have never been known to choose the most practical outfits to wrestle in, but Eve‘s bringing it to a whole new level in her new photoshoot “On the Spot”. The booty shorts alone look painful. And this may sound mean, but when a Diva dresses impractically to wrestle (I realize that’s a fine line in the world where women wrestle in bras and jeans) I take them less seriously. It kind of makes them look like they were pulled out of the crowd to wrestle. I don’t know, I’m probably splitting hairs, but in the tacky world of wrestling (colorful spandex and animal print galore!), I’d prefer that it at least look like you were planning on wrestling tonight.

Will Tori and Luna Bring Some “Attitude” to WrestleMania?

6

Names from the WWE’s WrestleMania 25 “contact list” are continuing to leak, and the most recent news brings us two names we haven’t heard in quite some time: Tori and Luna Vachon.

Tori is, of course, the former girlfriend of both Kane and X-Pac. She did the whole “obsessed fan” thing way before Mickie or Rosa, and was one of the first Divas to fall victim to the Dudley Boyz’ “get the tables” routine. She didn’t wrestle often late in her career, but her feuds with Ivory and Jacqueline are pretty well remembered.

Speaking of Luna, the sole female member of the Human Oddities, she was pretty much always regarded as the “strange” Diva. She managed the likes of Bam Bam Bigelow and Goldust and memorably feuded with Sable both in and out of storylines. She is, without a doubt, the most un-Diva a Diva has ever been.

Neither woman has heat with the WWE, and Luna’s involvement in recent WWE.com activities suggest that she’s on pretty good terms with the company. Tori is retired from wrestling, while Luna’s only semi-retired. Regardless, it would be nice to see those two again. Personally, I’d love to see Tori – she was my first “favorite Diva”, so seeing her would be a cool trip down memory lane. What about you, readers? Would you like to see these two Attitude Era staples again?

And, with this news, here’s an updated version of our speculation table:

YES
NO
MAYBE SO
1. Sunny (Personally confirmed) 1. Debra (Booker T event instead) 1. Jackie Gayda (Claimed contact)
2. Torrie Wilson (Confirmed by Booker T) 2. Molly Holly (“Done with in-ring action.”) 2. Wendi Richter (Reportedly contacted)
3. Lita (Declined via MySpace) 3. Tori (Reportedly contacted)
4. Terri Runnels (Personally declined) 4. Luna Vachon (Reportedly contacted)
5. Mae Young (Not even contacted)

The Lazy Person’s Guide to WrestleMania 25

14

Speculation over those taking part in WrestleMania 25’s big 25-Diva “Miss WrestleMania” Battle Royal has been coming in hot and heavy in the past few days, so it’s understandable if you (like me) have gotten a little lost along the way. Thus, I’ve deemed it necessary to draw up a chart discerning those former Divas confirmed to take part, those definitely not attending, and those who we know have been contacted. Think of it as “WrestleMania 25 Speculation for Dummies”:

YES
NO
MAYBE SO
1. Sunny (Personally confirmed) 1. Debra (Booker T event instead) 1. Jackie Gayda (Claimed contact)
2. Torrie Wilson (Confirmed by Booker T) 2. Molly Holly (“Done with in-ring action.”) 2. Wendi Richter (Reportedly contacted)
3. Lita (Declined via MySpace)
4. Terri Runnels (Personally declined)
5. Mae Young (Not even contacted)

I’ll be updating the table periodically as the news pours in.

Kelly’s Heartbreaking Message To Test

5

In what must be a truly emotional time for Kelly Kelly, the Diva has posted a short tribute to her ex-boyfriend, Andrew ‘Test’ Martin who was found dead in Tampa, Florida last night:

You were my world my best friend the one i always ran to u were always there for me..what happened to our plan…Why did god take u away from me…my heart is always with u and u only..I know your in heaven watching over me now my angel…

Say what you will about Kelly, but my heart really does go out to her. Seeing her on television every week, it really is easy to lose sight of the fact that this girl is still so young and this is such a huge weight on her shoulders. Kelly is only 22 years old, she was barely out of high school when she joined the WWE and this is such a horrific ordeal that she will likely have to deal with in the public eye.

There has been much speculation about Kelly’s personal life this week, something we have made a point to avoid here at Diva Dirt. I should hope the fans out there can give Kelly the respect she deserves at this time. Our thoughts are with Kelly and of course, Andrew’s family.

SmackDown Watch & Redux – March 13, 2009

sdredux13march09

SmackDown Watch

This week’s SmackDown sees Divas tag team action, as Raw’s Women’s Champion, Melina stops by for a visit to team up with Maria and take on Divas Champ, Maryse and Michelle McCool.

MARIA & MELINA VS MARYSE & MICHELLE

SmackDown Redux

A return to form for Friday Night SmackDown following last week’s lackluster Eve-Maryse match. Plus a visit from the Women’s Champion certainly didn’t harm this match! For the second month in a row, the 13th falls on a Friday. And for the second month in a row, Friday the 13th has an opposite reaction for Maria. Last month, she faced off against Michelle McCool in a match that wasn’t half bad and once again here, she isn’t half bad.

I thought this match was good and in line with the effort that Maryse and Melina gave us on Monday night. There wasn’t anything too bad to report about this match. Michelle did a good job of carrying Maria for the first half of the match before both Divas were tagged out. Then we have the champions going at it in shades of their match on Raw.

A lot of people were complaining on Monday night after Melina did a clean job to Maryse but this match was likely the reason why. It was confusing since this episode was taped before this week’s Raw, but obviously since they had Melina win here, they had Maryse win on Raw. My only qualm would be there’s some discrepancy in the two finishes: Maryse pins Melina clean, but all Melina can muster up is a rollup following a distraction? I would have had Melina hit one of her two finishers here, I mean this isn’t Beth Phoenix, Maryse can be jobbed out clean.

The post-match bust up felt a little schizophrenic considering Michelle tagged in Maryse earlier in the match and now Michelle wouldn’t tag back in? Would it not be easier to have them not exchange a single tag during the match until the end and then book this? It just came across silly. But the brawl was nicely done and we get the feeling that even though they’re both bad now, they still hate each other. I don’t know how compelling that will be for the audience though, since we’re not supposed to be rooting for either one. Though I must admit, it’s nice to see a break from the face-heel norm. I expect we’ll be seeing these two renew their rivalry and hopefully a Divas Championship match too. With the 500th episode of SmackDown next week, I think that’d be a good time to book a Divas title match between these two.

Impact Redux: March 12, 2009

Impact Watch

Welcome to the Impact Redux! This Week’s Impact pitted the newest beautiful person, Madison Rayne against the talented yet boring Taylor Wilde. To add fuel to the fire The Beautiful People and Cute Kip were at ringside as well as Roxxi and The Governor and Traci Brooks as guest ref:

Taylor Wilde vs. Madison Rayne

Impact Redux

While this was a welcome change from last week’s four corners debacle, the match was to short for my liking. I expect this from WWE, but TNA usually gives their female competitors a good amount of time. On the plus side, these SHIMMER alumnus had great chemistry in the squared circle. There were moments where the action stalled a bit, but overall a good showing from both Knockouts. As expected, ‘Knockout Law’ Traci Brooks inserted herself but paid for it. Also announced was a second Knockout PPV match, as TBP will be facing Roxxi, Taylor and The Governor at Destination X.

The match was OK and the announcement was awesome, but what really stole the spotlight for me was The Beautiful People’s name change. In a backstage segment Love and Sky announced that, with the addition of Madison, The Beautiful People willl now be known as Mi Pi Sexy. Seriously. First of all, TBP has had more name changes than Diddy and now this?! Well, at least it’s good for a laugh.

This week’s Impact also saw the debut (If you want to call it that) of new Knockout Jenna Morasca, in a backstage interview. When asked what she did with her million dollar prize from Survivor she responded, “…I turned it into several millions” Yeah… right. If she’s a multi-millionaire I’ll eat my Chucks right now.

When it comes to what matters most, the Knockouts Title, no development at all. It seems that TNA has too many Knockouts and not enough time to cater to them all. Looks like Sojourner Bolt and Awesome Kong will have to wait until Sunday to show us what they’ve got.

PS: Sorry the Redux was late this week. I’ll try to have it up by Friday in the future.

Breaking: Kelly Kelly’s Ex-Boyfriend, Andrew “Test” Martin, Found Dead

7

Kelly Kelly‘s ex-boyfriend, Andrew “Test” Martin, age 33, was found dead Friday evening in his apartment in Tampa, Florida. Local authorities are declining to release any more details at this time. His 34th birthday was in four days.

Test played the love interest of Stephanie McMahon prior to the McMahon-Helmsely era in 1999-2000. After this period, he formed a tag team with Albert, known as T&A, which would lead to the debut of Trish Stratus as their manager in March 2000 on an episode of Heat. In 2002, Test was romantically involved with Stacy Keibler both on and off-screen. After being released in 2004, he spent the next 2 years working in the independent circuit as well as a brief stint in TNA. Test was brought back to the WWE in 2006 as a member of the ECW roster before he was suspended for violating the Wellness Policy and later asked for his release in February 2007. During this time, he met and dated Kelly Kelly. Since Kelly is from Jacksonville, Florida and was frequently in FCW training, the two lived together in Test’s apartment.

Despite their recent breakup, the two remained on great terms with each other, and still considered each other to be a close friend. Test often took to his blog on Myspace to talk about Kelly Kelly’s improvements in the ring, at one point even saying that she was “a little green” but was working hard and would be a top Diva.

We here at Diva Dirt would like to send our deepest condolences to Test’s family as well as Kelly Kelly for their loss.

Terri Runnels & Mae Young Won’t Be Going To WrestleMania 25

6

terri-runnels

The list of former WWE Divas saying “no” to this Battle Royal seems to be getting larger than the Divas saying “yes!”

Not that she was ever considered one of the top hopefuls to be in this match, Terri Runnels has gone on the record, declining to be a part of WrestleMania 25’s Battle Royal. While it’s not certain that WWE even contacted Terri (though with all the no’s they’ve been getting, they’re probably going to start calling up Ryan Shamrock soon), she has taken it upon herself to reveal that women’s matches are “not her thing.” Not your thing? What about your Stink-Face matches with The Kat?

Instead, Terri will be joining Molly Holly, who also declined to be in the match, on a trip to Afghanistan for 10 days to participate in the Divas of Wrestling Goodwill Military Tour, which departs for the Middle East this coming Monday. So Terri will proudly claim her Diva fame in a Military Tour, but when it comes to actually walking the walk, she isn’t in to wrestling? Molly will be back in Houston in time for WrestleMania, as she will be signing autographs, while Terri will head to Taylor, Michigan to host a WrestleMania 25 Viewing Party.

In addition, there are reports circulating that Hall of Famer Mae Young will not be taking part in the Battle Royal either! It is rumored that Mae didn’t even know the match was happening until she was asked about her participation by a friend. It seems that WWE has decided not to put the 86 year old legend in the Battle Royal after her last match, where she became dizzy and fell in the ring.

I was really excited for this match when I learned about it happening, but now I’m wondering if it wouldn’t have been easier to just have a Divas title match or two. I really didn’t think WWE would be getting turned down by so many Divas to the point that even Terri refused! It’s too bad Divas like Jacqueline, Dawn Marie, Nidia, Stacy Keibler, Sable, and Jazz all probably won’t even be contacted by the WWE, based on each of their current statuses.

I’m curious as to why Luna hasn’t been approached! I’d definitely love seeing her unleash the crazy! Or what about the newly-retired Victoria? I think it’s way too early for her to come back to the ring, but I don’t know how they’re going to fill the empty spots! Oh well, call up Joy Giovanni or Shaniqua!

Sister, Sister?

3

saylorjames

It’s kinda sad that we know more about this girl now than we ever knew when she was employed. More news on Ex-Diva Saylor James. It’s rumored that WWE officials gave James the same surname as WWE Diva because they had plans to bring her up to the main roster as a relative of Mickie’s. While this is most likely speculation, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was true. WWE is usually very strict with the names of their talent, so I can’t see why else they would give her the name. Tough break, Saylor. Hope it’s a really, good tattoo.

Who Watches Michelle? You, Apparently.

5

Is it just me, or is Michelle McCool giving you Silk Spectre II vibes in this new photoshoot, “Shine it All Around”? And if you have no idea who I’m talking about, I’m referring to Laurie Jupiter, the token female in the new movie Watchmenhere’s a photo. For those unconvinced, let me count the ways: the long straight hair, the blunt bangs, the black-and-gold color scheme, the thigh-high stockings, the armbands, and last but not least, the poses. Michelle looks ready for battle, and though the whole connection is mere coincidence, I don’t doubt that she’d like to have that superheroine strength in the ring. Personally, though, I don’t want to see Maria‘s arm snapping in two anytime soon. Messy.

Breaking: Lita Declines WrestleMania 25 Offer

15

In what must be a huge blow for the WWE, it can now be confirmed that former Women’s Champion Lita will not be appearing in the Miss WrestleMania 25 Diva battle royal at WrestleMania 25.

Lita – real name Amy Dumas – has replied to those who’ve asked her over MySpace confirming that she won’t be part of the big event but will be part of Booker T’s Legends of Wrestling FanFest on April 3rd. That event is also in Houston.

I’m sure WWE was banking on signing Lita along with the likes of Trish Stratus, Torrie Wilson and several of the other Divas who were part of that era but this doesn’t come as much of a shock to me personally. Since the announcement of the match, I have been fairly sceptical of Dumas’ involvement, not least of all because of her prior commitment to Booker T.

WWE has tried to slander Booker T’s FanFest by booking talent that were scheduled to appear at that event in roles for WrestleMania weekend. One such Diva is Torrie Wilson, who quit her prior commitment with Booker to appear in the Miss WrestleMania match. However, Dumas has always taken her commitments with top priority and it seemed highly unlikely she would cancel a prior engagement to appear for WWE and unfortunately, it doesn’t look as though WWE would be willing to let any talent appear on both shows.

This blow comes just hours after we confirmed that Molly Holly won’t be appearing either. I guess it’s time to break out the ‘D-List Divas’ list. Diva Search reject, Carmella DeCesare anyone?

The Tonight Show with Beth Phoenix

Usually accustomed to seeing Beth Phoenix with a scowl on her face, it came as an awe-inspiring surprise to see a different side to the Glamazon as she took over her beloved’s WWE.com web series this week. That’s right, the Glamazon took over Santino’s Casa this week and showed the comedic prowess of the usually stoic Diva!

We’ve all known that Beth has some glimmers of great comedic timing during her storyline with Santino, but we’ve never really seen it out and proud. But this is a great testament to the Diva whose character rarely calls for acting chops. With skills like this, it’s not cool that she doesn’t get more mic time.

Hopefully this can be something she could capitalise on in years to come, when her current Glamazon shtick has run it’s course.

BETH TAKES OVER SANTINO’S CASA

No Molly at ‘Mania

4

A sad piece of news for Molly Holly fans. The former WWE Diva and Women’s Champion  has declined the offer to appear at Wrestlemania 25. While she has respect for the company, Holly says she’s finished with the in-ring aspect of the sport. Holly will however be signing autographs on ‘Mania weekend.

I have to say I’m very dissapointed. I was very excited to hear that Molly might be appearing at ‘Mania. With all the past Divas declining the offer, I’m left to wonder if WWE might scrap the match altogether.

Sarah Stock To TNA?

0

A few weeks back we reported that Sarah Stock had signed a TNA contract. Turns out that may not be the case. Mexican wrestling websites are reporting that the American Luchadora Princess is not coming to TNA. While they admit there have been discussions nothing has been set in stone. They are insistent that Sarah’s loyalties lie with the Mexican promotion, CMLL.

However, Dave Prazak, Founder of SHIMMER has a different story to tell. According to Prazak, the SHIMMER alumni told him herself that she was TNA bound. Let’s go to the quote:

“Actually, the only reason I didn’t report it first is because Sarah didn’t give me the green light to do so. PWInsider broke the information on the net first, but that doesn’t make the news any less accurate.”

Personally, I would go with Prazak on this one. Since he knows Sarah personally, his word is probably safer to take than that of a news site. However, I don’t see Sarah joining the ranks of TNA just yet. Maybe TNA should trim the fat on the roster a little before they start signing new Knockouts.

A Girl With Kaleidoscope Eyes…

4

Mickie James‘s in-ring style has always been a bit on the “flower child” side, hence the theme of her new photoshoot, “Flower Power”. She’s sporting bright colors and psychedelic patterns that are reminiscent of the age of the hippies, free love, and glow-in-the-dark velvet posters. It fits her bouncy nature perfectly, and the addition of a pair of Chucks makes it that much more eccentric. I personally can’t imagine being able to wrestle in them but hey, more power to her. I have to say, her tights are spellbinding – they feature colors and patterns the likes of which you’d only see on a Lisa Frank school binder. Hell, I’m sure if you look close enough, you’ll spot a prancing unicorn with a rainbow mane.

Candice Michelle Injury Update… Will She Miss WrestleMania?

0

candice9

Although she has been making appearances for GoDaddy.com, Raw Diva Candice Michelle is still out of action with yet another injury, as many people speculated. These reports were confirmed when the script/roster sheet leaked and had Candice on the injured list.

Candice is suffering from an ankle injury, which she apparently obtained in the ring about 2 weeks ago. The last time she was seen on Raw was during a run-in on the February 16th edition of Raw, so she may have injured her ankle then.

Since it seems to be just a minor injury, Candice will only be missing another week or two at the most of ring-time (not that she was getting much of it anyway) and will be officially cleared to wrestle again as of March 23rd or early April at the latest, meaning she will be back just in time to participate in the Diva Battle Royal at WrestleMania 25 on April 5th.

You can now breathe a sigh of relief!

Why’d You Have to Go and Make Things So Complicated?

9

Natalya may be treading dangerously into Avril Lavigne territory in her new photoshoot “Hart-breaker”, but she does it pretty well. Quite frankly, she’s looking so Diva-ish it’s kind of scary. Where’s my crazy Nattie? Anywho, I like her dress, but maybe if she lost the tights the look wouldn’t appear so bulky. Then again, maybe dressing her just like Kelly Kelly wouldn’t be the best idea – we don’t want to rob her of her individuality.. Though, it’s nice to see that they’re getting some mileage out of that chair.

Debra: No to WrestleMania, Yes to Booker T Charity

0

Diva Dirt was contacted overnight by the agent of former Women’s Champion, Debra, in order to quash rumours that the former Mrs Stone Cold would be appearing at WrestleMania 25. On Monday, we reported that Debra was supposedly contacted to appear at the event.

Debra’s agent has confirmed that he was contacted by John Laurinatis about Debra’s availability for ‘Mania but confirms that she will not be appearing. Debra will however, be in Houston the weekend of WrestleMania to appear at Booker T’s Legends of Wrestling FanFest on April 3rd.
